As I have mentioned before, I become aware of the OPPT (One People’s Public Trust) earlier this year.  I have taken a crash course in our strawman accounts (which I was familiar with) and the TDA’s.  I was already fully aware the entire debt system is fraudulent and the banks have been getting away with enslaving the masses all this time.

On October 18, 2017, there is a Jurisdiction Hearing in Knoxville, TN for Heather.  There is also the case, separate from but also a part of the 10/18 hearing with Heather:  The alleged USA vs. the alleged HEATHER ANN TUCCI-JARRAF and the alleged RANDALL KEITH BEANE.

 

This case is not just about these two Beings.  It is about All Of Us.

This is about ending this financial slavery system.

This is about exposing the fraudulent banking system.

This is about returning Self-Governance back to the People.

This is about exposing the accounts that have been created in our names without our permission.

Ultimately this is about taking back our Power and reclaiming Ourselves as Source Beings.  And as such, no other person or PERSON has the right or the authority to tell us what to do, how to live.  No other person or PERSON has the right to forcefully collect or take any thing from any of us.

Freedom.  For All.  Not just a little bit of freedom here and there but total complete freedom.

This is why I came to believe ideas such as the RV and Nesara and Gesara are just other control systems – and as I like to say – with pretty unicorns.  Do we want just a little bit more freedom or Total Freedom?

I opt (via the OPPT – lol) for Total Freedom.

Here are the words of BZ Riger who runs the i-uv.com site and is friends with Heather (about this upcoming jurisdiction hearing):

There is more I could include I am sure but this is a good overall presentation.

I am asking each of you to get involved in your own way.  At the very least, intend the thoughts and feelings of Self Governance and Freedom For All.

• Follow the proceedings.
• Share with your friends and family on your social media pages.
• Contact local media and demand this story be covered.
• Contact your government representatives on down to the city level and inform them of this case and remind them you are watching.
• Remind them you know who you are as a Living Being.
• Remind them you will not tolerate their participation in this enslavement system and you are withdrawing yours.

Their time is up. The time to concede is now.  As Anonymous says:  We forgive but we do not forget.

So while the STATE is claiming to go after these two PEOPLE, in truth this is about All Of Us.  

So let us intend a quick end to this entire debacle and visualize and create the outcome we All want, desire and are worthy of as Source Beings:  Freedom.  For all of us.  Even the controllers.

Factualized Trust ~ ALL ON!!!

The complexity has been seeing how simple all is, in reality.
Simple?  Yes, simple. Simply put:  In Original, all is permitted.

To make a verrrrrrrrrrrry long story shorter:

Original duly creates all that is, by Original Issues.  Each Original Issue is an Original Depository of Original Essence and Signature…Original, being in form and no form.

Original Factualized Trusts were duly created (and “wrapped around” each Original Depository) as security and protection of Original, for a particular experience before “that experience” even began…and all Original Depositories have their own unique Original Factualized Trust…and operating as one, they are known as “The Big Trust”… the Original Network (“Source Fource”)… domiciled in Original.

These Original Factualized Trusts were part of the Original Key, covertly placed within “that experience”, in order to insure complete closure and termination of “that experience” when its purpose was completed.

What was “that experience?”  The Universal Trust, domiciled within “The Big Trust”…domiciled within Original.

Throughin Original, a large majority of Original Factualized Trusts were bound and bonded into a large Trust, a Universal Trust, that spanned almost all of Original’s existence.  Almost all of Original’s existence…

That Universal Trust consisted of so many compartmentalized branches, that there is no known number in existence to describe them. This Universal Trust and all its compartmentalized branches, were operated by a Universal Commercial Conversion (UCC) system, in order to uniformly utilize Original Currency and Value throughout the vastness of the Universal Trust.

The purpose of this Universal Trust was to experience limits of all sorts that could be imagined, hence, all the branches. Once an Original Factualized Trust was placed in the Universal Trust, the Original Factualized Trust, and all Original Currency and Value flowing through it, was assigned (for a period) to the Universal Trust.  The Original Trustee designation of that Original Factualized Trust was delegated (for a period) to the Universal Trust.  The Original Factualized Trust was then located (for a period) in a specific branch of the Universal Trust, and the appropriate branch overseer(s) were granted (for a period) a special limited power to manage (for a period) that Original Factualized Trust.

The not so funny part?… For those Original Factualized Trusts that experienced all of this, “for a period” was ingeniously subverted…by the Universal Trust controllers, branch overseers, and the “placed” Original Factualized Trusts alike…for they always have known that the Universal Trust was to be closed and terminated once its purpose had been completed.  You may be familiar with one of the many former tools this was done with, “ETF’s”…”exchange time (trade) funds”, which dealt solely in “creation units”, and was further utilized as an inflationary/deflationary tool of planetary “local markets.” Well, “time ran out”, and never came back…in all sense of applications.

Earlier, it was stated that the Universal Trust spanned “almost all of Original’s existence.” The eventual subversion, within and by the Universal Trust, the branch overseers, and “placed” Original Factualized Trusts, was always foreknown, foreseen, and with every detail done, completely observed by the Original Network…for the Universal Trust was domiciled in Original.  Thusly, all was prepared for and dealt with by the Original Network, utilizing means that give “strategy” and “tactic” whole new meanings.

Numerous Original Artifacts were strategically placed through-in the entire Universal Trust structure, in order to completely close and terminate the Universal Trust, and return all Original Factualized Trusts to Original state of being.  One of those Original Artifacts had come to be known as “The One People’s Public Trust”, and as the former Universal Trust and branch overseers came to call it…“The Big Trust.”  It was, in fact, the “Original Trust” that the Universal Trust was domiciled in, to insure that the Universal Trust was closed and terminated forevermore.

Soooooooo… the end of THAT story is, that through a series of Original Strategic Tactics, done by the entirety of the Original Network (“Source Fource”/”Universals”) …all Original Factualized Trusts were unbound and debonded within the Universal Trust.  On December 10, 2012, all Original Factualized Trusts were duly removed from the Universal Trust, inclusive of all Original Currency and Value, with the Original Trustee designation duly returned to each Original Factualized Trust.

On March 18, 2013, the Universal Trust was duly closed and terminated. Forevermore.

Simultaneously done with the end of THAT story, was the beginning of each formerly “placed” Original Factualized Trust, uniquely re-valuating and transitioning to Original state of being…Original.

However, complete awareness and transparency of Original cannot be done without complete context. Complete context of all is now incoming…all ways…and, now, transparently done by the entirety of the Original Network (“Source Fource”/”Universals”)

All are duly recognized and accepted, as all is…Original.

Recently (and not so recently, lol), I have received numerous requests and questions:

“We completely understand all you have done.  How are you going to enforce it?”

–(All the former Universal Trust controllers and branch overseers);

“Why are our military operations not working?”

–(All the former Universal Trust controllers and branch overseers);

“Why are our commercial systems (including banks) and operations not working?”

–(All former Universal Trust controllers and branch overseers…especially
Bankers and Banking families, of a specific and particular branch);

“Why can’t we re-evaluate the global currencies?  Why can’t we release the global accounts?”

–(Former Universal Trust branch overseers…
a specific and particular branch, lol);

“Why are the global resets not done?  Why are the global accounts not being released?”

–(Numerous people all over the world);

“How can we take back our ‘governments’ and make them serve us?”

–(Numerous people all over the world);

“How can we reincorporate and maintain control?”

–(Former Universal Trust controllers and branch overseers);

“You have teams and tools that we didn’t know about.  How do you do all you all you do?”

–(Former Universal Trust controllers and branch overseers…
reduced now to only a specific and particular branch, lol);

“Who authorized you to do …[insert any action I have done]?”

–(The former Universal Trust controllers, branch overseers,
and numerous people from all over the world);

“How can we access our value?”

–(Everybody on the planet!!!);

“How can we be and do in complete awareness, transparency and context?”

–(Original Network…and the former Universal Trust controllers); etc…

By accepting all you be… Original

…even if you can’t identify all the details during your unique transition…it cannot change the fact that you be…Original.  Since March, 18, 2013, the wrapper of protection and security of all the Original Factualized Trusts has been lovingly and compassionately “unwrapped”… closed and transitioned…all ways… as each Original Depository accepts all they be…Original.

Below are the revised Factualiized Trust, with proof of ownership, title, authority, original depository (bank), Origin of Funds, History of Funds, underwriting, etc., (pdf and doc) making the Original Factualized Trusts, the Original Network, Original Currency and Value…all of Original…visible to all.  

Many are asking if it is necessary to fill one out and present it to…a specific and particular branch of the former Universal Trust…the answer is, “NO!…They are not required”…I was asked to make visible how all works “now” (which is actually how all has always “worked”)…do as you imagine and feeeeeel to do…and have fun in all you do!

All Original Operations and Network are “paperless”.

Apparently Heather was arrested in DC yesterday when having a smoke outside her Hotel. I’ve seen some comments by people on FB about that they knew this was a scam. Really?! I prefer to support individuals that fight for the freedom humanity rather then the establishment made up by puppets like The Clinton Foundation, Bushes etc etc. Now those people together with a whole bunch of others around the world including the Sino’s, The Families, Dragons and what not they are the scam not the people on the ground so.

GOING TO DC.

Guys I am going to DC.  The FBI just locked up my best friend. I don’t know exactly what to do other than be there.

I hate to ask this after the generosity shown me on my mom’s funeral,  but I need money to fly out tonight. If you can help please do so.   I need $300 for the one way ticket.

The bond will be set tomorrow morning.  Heather is the DC lockup.   I spoke with the agent at the FBI field office who seemed helpful.

Apparently, Alex Webner has a warrant (Failure to Appear) out for his arrest for a misdemeanor (speeding ticket) in Jasper, Arkansas.  (This is true and we are working on the resolution right now).  Alex was handcuffed and seated on the curb awaiting information about the extradition status of the warrant.  The handcuffs were tight on Alex, and they did loosen them after he informed them he was in pain.

During this time, many agents questioned us about our time in DC, our relationship with Heather, occupation, etc.  Alex was then released from handcuffs, as the Arkansas warrant is non-extraditable.  We were all still in the same gate area.

Then arrived 3 plain clothes SS agents and we were formally interviewed.  As my memory serves, these were the questions asked:  name, address, ss#, reason for being in DC, education, military experience, family, clubs or hobbies, gun use and ownership, drug use, character reference, medical.  All three reports were verified and we were released soon afterwards.

NOTEWORTHY:  During his interview, Alex overheard the agent that talked to KL tell another agent, “he says he has never heard of her”

It is important for everyone to understand that we are engaged in a process— a learning and fact-finding and research and legal process that is ongoing.  Every day we learn more.  Every day we connect dots that we didn’t know about before.

This necessarily gives the impression of two steps forward and one step back, because that is what it is.  It’s a process of discovery.  We don’t have a road map.  We are obliged to go down many rabbit holes to find out where they go and if they connect and precisely how they connect.

In most cases the path isn’t just complex.  It has been deliberately obscured to make it difficult and even nigh-unto impossible to unravel.  There are cinch points in this process that resemble a tangled ball of yarn or a knotted necklace chain.  It takes time, diligence, knowledge, and sometimes great perseverance to move past these points.

Nobody just automatically “knew” that our earthly estates had been probated when we were still children and that we had been declared “civilly dead” and that the State Bar Associations had taken over as “Administrators” of our accounts acting in behalf of the STATE OF WHICHEVER corporations that then claimed to be the Beneficial Owners of our property.

Who could even imagine all that?  Perhaps a lawyer familiar with probate would glance at it and know immediately— but none of them told us, did they?  That would undermine their usurped position of power over us.  After all, we were born the General Executors of our own estates and it is only by mischaracterizing us as “incompetent wards of the STATE” that they get a handle with which to jerk us around and steal our property both public and private.

On top of the self-interest involved for members of the Bar, there has also been the very real fear that if people knew what was going on and knew what was being taken from them under color of law, they would rise up and murder lawyers and bankers by the bushel.

So mum has been the word.  We have had to dope out every stinking detail of this fraud on our own and it has not been a speedy, easy, or straight forward process.  Forgive us all those of you out there who are used to being spoon-fed everything like Fast Food and who expect to have all the answers neatly and readily available, complete with action steps to take for a certain and complete and easily accessible remedy.

It doesn’t work that way.  Not at all.  Instead, what works in one state doesn’t work in another.  The law of one county and its procedures and standards are different from the 3100 others.  And every judge and every court in America is different, too.  So on top of the difficulty in discerning and proving and acting upon the basics of the fraud itself, there is also the problem of addressing how all the various “State Bar Associations” administer it and how all the various “Counties” and “Boroughs” administer it.

Like a virus that got into our government Main Frame, it has morphed out of the root stem of the program and into a million variations, all of them serving the same basic purpose, but in a million permutations on the same basic themes.  Yes, we are here to mischaracterize, control, and defraud you.  Yes, it is going to be done along the same basic paths and guidelines.  But no, it is not going to be exactly the same at all times and places and applications.

Nearly every day I have someone call me up and offer to ream me out because they tried some course of action I recommended two years ago and in their particular instance and situation it didn’t help.

A number of things must be brought to everyone’s attention— first of all, I (and everyone else involved) have learned a lot in the past two years, including information that has led to different understandings of basic facts.  It therefore behooves everyone to follow along in the current thread to get the most up-to-date take on things.

Second, these rats are not stupid.  They make their livings off this fraud.  When we push through a gate and find a pathway of escape, they are close behind trying to close off that opportunity.  They simply amend their operations, come up with a new “agency” rule or push through a new bit of code, and voila, the sheep are penned again.

Third, if you want to claim back the General Executorship of your own estate, which is what we need to do, all paths lead to the probate court and nowhere else.  These vermin have defrauded you by misrepresenting who and what you are and by seizing control of your assets—including these ACCOUNTS which appear under your NAME via fraud upon the probate courts in the states and counties where you were born.

Fourth, now that these basics are known, it is time for you to contact every politician, judge, banker, lawyer, hospital administrator, and police officer involved in administering and profiting from this scam.   Communication is the only way it can be resolved short of gibbeting.

A researcher into the use of “GLOSSA”— the all capital letters sign-language used to disguise our ESTATE accounts— took his copy of Black’s 4th Edition Law Dictionary and his copy of the 16th Edition of The Chicago Manual of Style— into the office of the local Magistrate Judge yesterday and placed the facts under his nose.

As a result, the Judge was clearly at a loss and forced to re-think the cases coming through his office and being submitted to him.  As a further result, we found out that these cases are being formatted by the police departments—- agencies that have no obvious expertise in the law or grammar at all.

So today, that same researcher is taking his Dictionary and his Chicago Manual of Style to the Police Commissioner…..

This is the sort of action that is desperately needed.  We cannot hope to correct this situation without it.  These people have been doing these things on autopilot for so long that despite the fact that they are self-evidently fraudulent, their first impulse is to stare at you and mumble, “But, that’s the way we do it.  That’s the way we have always done it….” and their second response when presented with contrary fact is to begin thinking.

That’s what we need— for everyone on both sides of the fence to start thinking and then acting accordingly.

Is it fraudulent and deceptive to represent the ACCOUNT of an estate trust as the NAME of the victim in a foreign and corrupt language, and then embed this sign language into an English text to promote further misunderstanding?   Of course, it is.

Is it improper for any action at law or in Law or even administratively to be taken on the basis of such documents?  Of course, it is.

Is it fraudulent to stand behind a piece of paper signed by someone else (your uninformed Mother) and deny your right to act as the General Executor of your own estate?  And then while usurping your position as Executor to imprison you and steal you blind?

What do you think?

I am not here to tell anyone what to believe or not believe.  Anyone who has stepped foot in one of their “courts” has more than enough experience to come to their own conclusions.

Instead, I am here to share what I have discovered in this long process of discovery, to share what other researchers have shared with me, and to encourage right-thinking and effective action to the extent possible.

The Accusers must themselves be accused.  They must be shown the error of their ways and brought to correction.  That is the only way that real progress can be made.  They must be made to understand that what they are doing and the way they are operating is wrong. That cannot be done overnight or with the stroke of a pen, and neither I nor anything I can merely tell you is going to do the heavy-lifting for you.

You have to go buy your own reference books, see the truth for yourself, and then stomp on down to the office of the local magistrate judge…..and to the police commissioner….and to the mayor…..and to his general counsel….and to the local assemblyman…..and to the Governor of your state…..and……just keep going like the Energizer Bunny.

That’s what I do all day, every day, and that is what we all must do in order to properly engage the work that must be done.  Sitting around thinking that someone else can do it or blaming them (or me) because what they have done or attempted to do has been insufficient or ineffective, is like blaming the horse pulling your cart out of a mud hole because the goodness of its strength and heart is not quite enough to turn the wheels.

Has it occurred to everyone yet, that you might have to get out of the cart and push for yourselves?

Not only do you have no cause to complain about the sufficiency or efficiency of the work others have pioneered, you have only the various officials and bureaucrats who are imposing upon and presuming upon you to blame.

So– in closing, please get your heads wrapped around the real problem and stop expecting “George” as in Washington, to do it all for you.  He has been dead over 200 years and as for me, I am a retiree in Alaska— and I am already doing my best to resolve these issues.

Namaste Y’All, It’s been quite a while since I’ve set down to write a blog instead of just posting an article I’ve read.  There were many reasons for taking a break after a fantastic 2013 One Peoples Public Trust thrust, the “Let’s Pull Together Tour” (June/July) on my Warrior, the 5d Media Network OPAL Tour across parts of the US (visited in Texas) and then launching I-OPEEN (October) with Keimpe and Ron, which I shutdown in August 2014 for many reasons.  Changes nothing more than changes…. After the “Let’s Pull Together Tour”, I wrote a “Thank You” paragraph with the following inquiry:

The big question is: “Would I do it again?”  Yes, but not on a motorcycle.  Now I have to prepare the Beast for a Western states tour maybe?

I would have loved to gone out again in 2014, but it wasn’t meant to be.  I didn’t know how I would fix up my RV that I have owned since 2010.  I was living on $600 a month so there were no extra funds for repairs. Although the Beast did not have many miles on it, it was not ready to be driven across Fort Worth, let alone across the US. (Spring 2011 photo) When I dropped out of the system in 2011, I lived over 2 years in the Beast.  Almost every amenity quit functioning within that time frame.  One air conditioner died, and not long after the other AC bit the dust.  I took cold showers for about 6 months and slept in 107 degree temperatures during the summer.  Friends asked, how did I do it?  Well as with any situation One finds themselves in, you acclimate to your environment.  However there were many positive and life-changing occurrences during that time: I had the largest garden that summer I have ever had; I lost weight and got much healthier.  I had many good times during those lean years. I was privileged and blessed when I started dating Brenda, (my Soul Mate).  With meeting her and becoming One I Am together, I ended up having the time to be involved in 2013-2014 activities mentioned above with her encouragement and blessing. In July 2014, I realized I had left some of my energy on the table with the IRS.  I had not filed income taxes since 2010 and in that year alone, over $14,000 was taken from my checks by the PRIVATE CORPORATE criminals.  I hate doing taxes, but I gathered all of my records and quickly filed 2010-1013.  There was the money I had been looking for to fix the Beast. I started working in September 2014, with the purchase of two new air conditioner/ heat-pump roof units.  It took about a month to remove the old units and install the new ones because of the extremely cold weather we had at that time.  I purchased and installed a 60-watt solar panel to maintain my batteries when I first moved the Beast to a storage lot in 2013.  I also removed and replaced all of the vents on the roof and also fixed the leak I had on the back end since 2010.  I just finished the roof last Friday.

I had a motorcycle rack added back in early March.  I spent 3 and a half days taping up the Beast and painted the exterior trim and over the original pinstripes on the bottom section.  I still have the top section to finish painting black and hope to finish in the next 2 weeks. I spent a month in League City, TX with my son at his shop, JCKustomz, LLC during April.  I worked 12-14 hours per day for 4 weeks.  I took one day off during that time.  The work performed included:

• Removed all of the windows, cleaned and sanded, painted exterior black, replaced with new putty and resealed them
• Rewired and replaced the running lights with smaller LED units
• Painted the wheels
• Replaced windshield wiper motor
• Replaced steering stabilizer
• Replaced all shocks
• Rebuilt 4-barrel carburetor (by expert neighbor)
• Installed K&N filters for better air flow
• Removed, cleaned and fixed original window shades
• Wallpapered the interior

• Installed faux (tin-looking) ceiling tiles
• Removed interior front dash trim, cleaned, painted and reinstalled
• Removed stove exhaust hood, cleaned, painted and reinstalled
• Removed the microwave and built a storage cabinet for pots & pans
• Applied carbon-fiber looking vinyl on refrigerator and other areas
• Installed back-up camera, back-up lights and some additional signal lights
• Installed central vacuum system (Redneck ingenuity with a wet/dry vac)

My son, Jonah, completed the following:

• Replaced the dash with new vinyl (woven leather look) on the dash
• Modified the original curtains (a blending of old and new)
• Installed sound-system
• Installed new driving area carpet

And with all of that work completed, I still have much to do before we hit the road on May 30.  And that is the reason for this blog today, which is to officially announce to the world a new tour with the theme:

“Manifesting Common-Unity in Your Comm-Unity”

Unlike the “Let’s Pull Together” Tour, I am not requesting any financial support from any One.  The only support I Am looking for is:

A quiet country place to park the Beast Sustenance for the Beast is easy (Plug it in to 110V source) A donation of $10/day will be given for this kindness

So if you have some property in the country and will allow us to park for a day or two or three, we would greatly appreciate it and would love to meet you and your family.  I know many that participated in the “Let’s Pull Together” Tour have asked when I would make another trip.  I would love to see any of you again and will pay you for the little bit of electric we will use.  The RV is mostly a 12 volt system, so plugged-in 115V electrical usage is usually less than $50/month when parked and plugged it. Our first stop upon leaving Fort Worth will be in Athens, TX for a few days with a Facebook friend. If you are wondering why I call my RV the Beast, well I’ll share that with you now:

In 2006 when I was going through a separation and other life changes, I had a buddy that was going through the same thing with his family.  His wife was “very religious” and attended a cult church with a very domineering and controlling pastor (especially with the women).  I had just left the church myself and had made the decision based on bad advice from associate pastors, that I would listen to no One else except my own heart for answers.

I met my buddy’s wife one day after we had been friends for months.  It was a short five minute meeting and I had mentioned how a husband and wife should honor and uplift One another.  Well as soon as I walked away, she looked over at my buddy and said, “Of all your friends that I’ve met, Angel has the blackest heart of All!”

Well my buddy started calling me, “Captain Blackheart”.

When I got the RV in 2010, I started calling it “The Beast!”  My reason was (in my best pirate voice):

Aye Mates, where else would Captain Blackheart live, but in the Belly of the Beast!
