European Union officials, specifically the European Central Bank and the IMF, have forced an unprecedented ‘Bailout’ deal on the Government of the tiny island nation of Cyprus, to keep Cyprus from going bankrupt, and potentially dragging down the EU and the IMF with it.

If this wasn’t bad enough, the Government of Cyprus announced over the weekend it would impose a ‘Bank Levy’ on accounts at all Cyprus banks, as a way of creating 13 Billion dollars (10 Billion Euros) to pay the EU and the IMF for their bailout from bankruptcy.

One of Cyprus biggest banking customers is Vladimir Putin and the Russian KGB. Russian Corporations were looking for a ‘safe’ place to store their massive business profits, so five years ago, they made a deal with Cyprus to store their corporate funds in Cyprus banks. Believe me when I say if you take Russian ‘Corporate’ money, you can bet that the KGB, and its former head, Vladimir Putin, have more than just a little to do with it.

If you do business with Russia, everything comes through a bank in Cyprus.

So the Cyprus Parliament hatches a plan to impose a ‘levy’ on all account holders, big and small, in an effort to pay back the EU and the IMF for their recent bailout, to the tune of 10 Billion Euros, roughly 13 Billion dollars, US.

Cyprus officials are now in fear for their lives, because confiscating Russian money cannot be good for your overall well-being.

This ‘levy’ has catastrophic implications, and this is a major miscalculation on the part of the Cypriot Government.

Details of the ‘levy’ are as follows.

Normally, when you put your hard earned money into the bank for safe keeping, your account is insured up to a certain amount. This type of banking has been going on for 100 years now, ever since the Federal Reserve Act legislation was passed by the Congress of The United States in 1913.

The U.S. Federal Reserve Bank owns 80% of the EU Central Bank, The IMF, and all banking systems Worldwide, which is one of the reasons why our most recent recession was felt so badly by our partners across the pond. As goes the U.S., so goes the world.

This lead to the recent bailouts of Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy and now Cyprus, forcing Cyprus to take drastic measures because their banking system is on the verge of collapse.

But getting back to the levy, the Cyprus Government will take a “onetime fee” of 6.75% on accounts under 100,000 Euros, and a 9.9% fee on accounts above the 100,000 mark.

No bank in its right mind would do this, and one has to wonder, why now?

I’ll tell you why. There are two factors at play here.

One, The One Peoples Public Trust, OPPT, foreclosed on the World Monetary system in late December 2012, effectively ending the Reserve system of banking as we know it. All bets off, right.

They foreclosed on the Federal Reserve Bank of the U.S., the IMF, and all Governments and their central banks, the Vatican, the British Monarchy and every banking system and corporation on the Planet through UCC filings, ending our global system of reserve banking.

Two, the Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, very quietly foreclosed on our own Federal Reserve Bank back in January, after the Federal Reserve Act expired, as the bill passed by Congress in 1913 was only good for 100 years.

Notice how quiet the U.S. Government is about the mess going on in Cyprus?

Additionally, they have invented ways to keep the minds of the U.S. population busy as of late, i.e., the Sequester, Unemployment, Immigration, Congressional feuding, and anything else you can think of all the way back to the day after the election, all designed to keep our minds and our eyes off of the Federal Reserve foreclosure by the SEC.

But let’s stay on point. So the Cypress Central Bank imposes new, never before tried rules on their patrons, more specifically, Russia, in a brash attempt to either get the 10 Billion Euros, or to get the EU and the IMF to soften their bailout plan for Cyprus. Bad idea.

Why did they do this? They did it because as one of the global banking systems, 80% owned by our FED, they know that the Federal Reserve has been foreclosed on, the world monetary system is no longer valid or legal, and they are in essence, doing whatever they want to, because the 800 pound gorilla in the room (The Fed) is absent.

So with nobody to enforce old, invalid, illegal banking regulations, why not work that angle, the one no one is talking about, the foreclosure of the world reserve system of banking, and play a very deadly game of cat and mouse with the EU, the IMF, the Fed, and the Russians.

Now if they can get the 8,000 pound gorilla in the room, (Russian KGB) to relax and wait until the EU and the IMF officials get as scared for their lives as the Cyprus Legislators are, they will change the bailout language to soften the blow, and allow banking officials in Cypress to backtrack, and remove the “levy, ” and keep Putin and his gang happy.

Or they could be waiting to see if the U.S. Government will print 13 Billion dollars, and bailout Cyprus themselves.

Hell, with the U.S. running multi-trillion dollar deficits, 13 Billion is a drop in the bucket, beer and skittles money, at best.

Either way, playing with the KGB is Russian Roulette, so to speak, (Pun Intended) and if the elected officials and bankers in Cyprus aren’t already in fear for their lives, they should be.

Today will be a big day in Cypress, and in Moscow and Washington as well.

The article allegedly implicates Pope Francis I, or more importantly, Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio of Argentina, as he was known previous to his rise to Pope on Wednesday, in numerous scandalous issues, including the Dirty War waged in Argentina, as well as other Jesuit scandals dating back to the early 19th century.

A suspected criminal has been rapidly elected as the new Pontiff of the Church of Rome in a record two day conclave, being the first Jesuit in history to head the papacy.

Former Cardinal and Pope-elect “Francis I”, Jorge Mario Bergoglio, is accused of helping kidnap opponents of Argentina’s military junta during the 1970′s “Dirty War”, and of baby trafficking, by lawyers and members of the Plaza de Mayo human rights group. Besides his personal alleged criminality, Bergoglio – as a Jesuit – represents the group most responsible for the centuries-old Crimes against Humanity and Genocide for which the Jesuit Superior General was found guilty on February 25, along with Joseph Ratzinger and other Vatican officials.

The Jesuit Order established the murderous Indian residential school system in North America during the mid 19th century, and has led the destruction and killing of millions of non-Catholics around the world since its inception in the mid 16th century. Under a secret oath administered to every member, the Jesuits are authorized and encouraged to kill, torture or overthrow any opponent of the Vatican and the Pope. These facts, the Argentine allegations, and his complicity in the global conspiracy against children enunciated in the canon law Crimen Sollicitationas, makes the new Pope particularly liable for immediate arrest and sentencing under international law and the Common Law Court verdict of February 25, 2013.

The ITCCS understands that Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s election was a quick and uncontested arrangement, as evident in its rapidity: in less than two days, a record for papal elections.

Bergoglio’s election makes the guilt of the Vatican and its highest officials for Crimes against Humanity all that more severe. The new Pope, as the head fiduciary officer of the Vatican, Inc., assumes that guilt and liability. Bergoglio is therefore subject to immediate arrest under the terms of the Common Law Court ORDER of March 5, 2013, issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice under the authority of jus gentium, the Law of Nations, and the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Accordingly, an application has been made by our Tribunal to these courts for an International Citizens Arrest Warrant, to be issued against the new Roman Pontiff, Jorge Mario Bergoglio – Pope Francis I, for Crimes against Humanity and involvement in a global criminal conspiracy based in Rome.

When I was in my first year of high school, Senator Obama was elected president on the basis of his hope-themed campaign. My fellow students and I gathered in a cramped classroom to watch his inauguration speech, and were dazzled by his speaking skills, his earnest values and his black skin. All of the components for a changed America – and a changed world – were there. The optimism in the room was almost physical; it felt like the tide was turning in favor of the people. It was a good feeling. It was hope.

Four years later, in 2012, shortly before President Obama’s re-election campaign, I began an extensive project on ‘third world’ countries for a World Issues course I was enrolled in. I started the project intending to achieve a passing grade, so that I could consequently graduate later that year and move on with my life.

However, the more I explored the reality that is hunger, poverty and slavery overseas, the more I began to feel that hope – the same kind inspired by President Obama’s campaign – wasn’t enough. Hope has done all it can: provided us with a sense of calm in times of turmoil, and beamed a bright light into otherwise dark places. But the truth is, hope leaves us repeating old adages about silver linings and the dawn of a new day. Hope is a good feeling, a familiar feeling.

But hope is not feeding children in Haiti, or allowing children in Uzbekistan an education. Hope is not relieving you and your people – worldwide – of financial stress. Hope gives us optimism but it doesn’t give us a solid answer. As I began to draw connections between our ‘first world’ and ‘third worlds’ overseas, hope became a weak tree branch. Not strong enough to hold onto.

In search of answers, I changed my thesis statement from a summary of overseas poverty to a specific exploration of the effect our North American corporations have on ‘third world’ countries. These are beautiful countries: rich in resources, diverse in culture, and vastly populated. For this reason, it’s difficult to understand why poverty and resorting to slavery is so common in ‘third world’ countries; or what makes them ‘third world’ at all.

Many of these countries are still in ‘development’ because they were loaned aid funds by financial institutions like the World Bank and IMF, on the condition that they privatize their economies and allow Western corporations to reap their natural resources free of charge. As a result, they do not have enough funds to support themselves, but cannot relieve themselves, as a country, of debt to ‘first world’ institutions.

For example, in order to meet export quotas set by tobacco giants in the ‘first world’, child slaves in Malawi, Africa inhale 54 milligrams of tobacco a day, in the course of doing their daily work, and as a result, cannot function properly by the age of 12.

A whopping 43% of the world’s cocoa – the same cocoa in the majority of North American candies – is harvested primarily by youth who don’t know what cocoa is for.

These are but several examples; dramatic statistics of ‘modern slavery’ are widespread, and the root cause of all – indeed, all – of it, is born out of desperation caused debt and greed. It is cheaper and less obvious to its people for a ‘first world’ country to take cookies from the overseas cookie jar.

Children are easier to manipulate. It is calculated and cruel, but easier. Morality is not as profitable.

It is important to note, however, that modern slavery is not limited to overseas, poor countries. It is just as resplendent here, in the so-called luxurious ‘first world’. It might not be as obvious, but it is certainly as tangible. In the developed world, we are not being stereotypically enslaved: being taken from our families or being threatened with physical harm.

In the ‘third worlds’, multinational corporations and private monetary systems are pillaging entire countries, and here, in the ‘first world’, they have boiled us down to individuals and entirely removed our connection with one another, thus instigating financial crises, foreclosures and bankruptcy.

We are all being sold and traded on. We are all being separated from one another. The ten-year-old Ugandan soldier with a machine gun is being fed the same story that appears on all of your red-letter finance statements and legal summons: that we owe; that we must act against our will for the good of the PTW (Powers That Were); that we are all pawns in a corporate game.

My personal turning point – the change from passivity to activity, and the very reason I’m writing this now – came to me in the middle of my high school project. It was the sharp and sudden realization that my world was destroying someone else’s. It was the fact that we are one people, yet entirely estranged by not just by water but also by a thick, slimy layer of greed.

You could say I woke up when I knew I was living in a corporate world. It was the corporations around me, the corporation of Canada that I lived in: multinational monsters reaching their tentacles into the banking and trading systems and wrapping around the throats of innocent beings.

The following fall, my parents, with their finger on the pulse of alternative news, discovered the One People’s Public Trust (OPPT). I was hauled aboard the initiative and exposed to a plethora of information that had never been made obvious to me or anyone else: the truth about the one people’s freedom, the action that was under way, and the [literally] glittering secrets that had been hidden by the Powers That Were (PTW) for so many decades.

I began my own research into OPPT and resonated deeply with it. I knew immediately that I was not experiencing a burp of anarchism, a phase of teenage rebellion against the man. It began to seep into my dreams, my conversations, and the way I perceived the planet, most specifically the connection between the ‘first’ and ‘third’ worlds. There was no turning back.

What speaks to me the most about OPPT is that at its very core, it is a tool designed to free humanity from slavery. Whether it is involuntary here or blatantly obvious over there, it is slavery nonetheless. However, OPPT succeeds in enabling all of us – the one people, whether you are a debt-ridden white man in New York or a tobacco plantation slave in Malawi – to live by our own free will. It is in the process of giving us back what we deserve, and letting us – all of us – to live comfortably with enough resources.

OPPT gives me the binoculars to see a planet that is not divided by which countries have ‘developed’ and which haven’t. It lets me see the amount of production and innovation that will be born out of a common sense of human comfort and peace; whole continents of human ingenuity that has not been able to flourish yet.

It is no longer about waiting and hoping.

OPPT is about taking action, and trusting that the change that is imminent – worldwide.

The Saga Continues — Patrick Cody Morgan — Stories of Corruption

I trust everyone is doing well and pushing the OPPT Agenda to as many outlets as possible across the world. Today is Sunday and the weather has been Heavenly here in Houston. Though I am unable to go outside, the sun is able to come through an open area above the recreation yard, so I was able to stand with my face in the sun. Wow! Some of the things we take for granted when we are free to go outside on our own, but I am blessed that I can now do that at least a little. In the 23 hour lockdown I was in previously THAT was, definitely something to look forward to. Also, the food was ATROCIOUS! Better here for sure.

There are a few things on my mind that I wanted get across to anyone who believes in the OPPT Agenda and the importance of individual sovereignty. Since my incarceration, I have been able to document countless Human Rights, Bill of Rights and Due Process violations that are being perpetrated by the Federal System. Having fought the system from the outside for so long, I had no idea what it would entail fighting the system from the inside. Things I took for granted such as Microsoft Word, Email and Internet Access are not readily available in the system. Without these simple items, the ability to defend one’s self against the government is nearly impossible. But thanks to friends and family, I was able to file documents that hindered the government and established facts in the case that as of today, are still unrefuted.

The hopelessness in this place does not stem so much from the facility itself, but from the cutoff of the most basic legal resources that any individual wanting to help in his own defense would need to make a dent against a behemoth like the United States government. To be totally dependent on an Attorney is one thing, but to know that same Attorney is working for the government is devastating. I spent several hours today helping an inmate prepare a Motion for Ineffective Counsel on a electronic typewriter that was sitting next to a Dell computer with no Microsoft Office or Word Processing capabilities. What normally would take me about 15 mins, took more than 2 hours to prepare. Of course this is done intentionally so inmates will not circumvent the Public Defender or attempt to represent themselves. The inmate went on to explain how his Attorney wouldn’t even take the time to go by a Pawn Shop and pick up a Federal Application for the Purchase of a Firearm to ascertain whether the document contained language that could exonerate this inmate. Keep in mind, these Public Defenders get paid good money, upwards of $10,000 per case, but do little or nothing except plead Defendants out to the charges. In several cases I helped detainees with, I saw first hand how Attorney’s were working with the government to keep detainees from bonding out of jail. In probably more than 200 inmates I have spoken with about their case, I can only remember 2 that actually got bond. And in every case the government classified the detainee as a flight risk. I met one Chinese American Citizen who had more than a million dollars in commercial real estate, a wife, 2 daughters and was facing less than 18 months, and he was classified as a flight risk. Give me a break! The Judges, Prosecutors and Attorneys are working together to keep detainees incarcerated while awaiting trial, and cutting off all access to legal resources. It’s down right despicable!

I am writing a book called “Shooting Fish in a Barrell” (How the United States declared war on it’s Citizens). I plan on exposing the systematic violations of basic Due Process rights. In my case, I entered facts in evidence proving Title 18 was never passed by Congress. For God’s sake, it’s part of the Congressional Record! They never responded to one of my points at law. This proves they are no longer operating under the Constitution, and as such, Americans can be declared enemy combatants or domestic terrorists and rounded up with no Due Process Rights including the right to Habeas Corpus. God willing it never happens, but what could stop them? I have learned first hand that it’s impossible to have a Federal Judge removed from the bench. The Judge in my case, Lynn Nettleton Hughes is an admitted racist and bigot (made front page of Houston Chronicle and evening news), but unless Congress passes a law to impeach Federal Judges, there is nothing the American people can do. One inmate confided in me that Hughes told him and his co-defendants, “Now the Prosecution is going to parade young white women in front of the jury, you black defendants have no chance, so you better go ahead a plead out”.

Of the whole ten months I was incarcerated at Joe Corley detention center, the worst case I witnessed was an immigrant from Cuba that spoke no English. He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. I worked on this case. The man was asked to meet some people at a location to do a job. He drove there and told them he did not want to participate and left. One of the people at the scene was an undercover agent. They later arrested him on conspiracy. He told me the jury in his case came back with a not guilty, but the Judge over ruled them because he said the prosecution had proven their case. He got 16 years! No robbery was ever committed, it was a staged robbery!

The system has become an abomination. It is ruining people’s lives and families. Don’t get me wrong, there are criminals in prison. But there are thousands of people who should not be here. I hope OPPT can really make a difference. Something needs to change before more innocent Americans are incarcerated.

I love you brother. Keep holding that light and love of who you Be. It is my personal belief that all those in prison who are in for victim-less crimes will be released in the not so far off future. Fact is, the systems that put you there are crumbling down as I write this message, it is just not yet visible to the naked eye…one day soon the whole house of cards will come tumbling down. Until then, stay strong, stay connected, help those inside who need it most and hold the space that your time in there will be short lived.

Here is the text of an email I received recently from Paula Humfrey detailing the OPPT foreclosure, the “Trust” accounts set up for all of us on the planet, and top secret documents we were never supposed to see.

Let me take you through two items that appeared in my email inbox over the course of the past week. Both of these items, one video and one .pdf file, are publicly available online. Check it out for yourself.

It’s just amazing what hides in plain sight. It’s also amazing to see what happens when we use our mind’s eye.

Here’s what we’ve learned so far:

On behalf of us, the One People, OPPT has foreclosed on all of the global ‘trust’ accounts. These accounts properly belong to all of us in trust, simply because we’re all citizens of this planet, equally. Each global trust account (and these go by many and various names) represents vast sums of money, all of it backed by gold, silver, and treasure.

That’s a pretty chewy statement but let’s go with it, just as a thought experiment.

OPPT proposes that Ten Billion Dollars ($10,000,000,000) USD is held in trust for each individual on this planet. Well then! What kind of evidence exists that I might use to verify for myself that this story isn’t completely nutbar? Let’s return to the above-mentioned pair of items, which turn out to be very helpful in this regard.

The video, titled ‘Joint Release 3-36.3’, was produced at some point after Dec. 24th, 2012 by UN-SWISSINDO TELEVISION NEWS: GLOBAL WORLD, which seems to be the PR vehicle for announcements from the Soekarno Trust. So in this moment of NOW I’m transcribing the first part of an hour-long video announcing disbursements from the Trust. The payments, one after the other, are literally astronomical (see partial transcript below). There seems little question that this money is in fact available and is being sent out to its named recipients.

And now here comes this missive, just in today (Jan. 22) from Drake via Jean Haines, which directly concerns the subject at hand:

“HUGE assets and MONEY from the imperial families are in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Specifically, China, Japan, Indonesia.”

I also offer for your consideration the attached ‘Top Secret’ 2012 World Bank audit of its black-screen off-ledger accounts. Some impressive signatures are attached to the end of the document. As you’re reading through the audit doc, you might want to keep these three things in mind:

1. It’s important to squint hard at the names of the accounts and the identities of the account holders; this info appears in the first several pages of the doc.
2. The ‘infinity’ symbol looks like a sideways numeral 8. That symbol replaces dollar values in each of the accounts because they are in fact infinite (the accounts are grown and partially harvested when mature, in perpetuity).
3. Really: check out those signatures at the end.

In this part 2 of The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere, The Principles of the Declaration of Independence are explained to some degree, and maybe you don’t agree with this assessment of our founding document, but it comes pretty close.

The principles of the Declaration of Independence can be found specifically in the first and last paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence.

The last paragraph is where the power is truly expressed. Below is a breakdown line by line with some further clarification of the meaning behind each major point.

When in the Course of human events, 1 it becomes necessary for one people 2 to dissolve the political bands 3 which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, 4 the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, 5 a decent respect 6 to the opinions of mankind 7 requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. 8

We hold these truths to be self-evident, 9 that all men are created equal, 10 that they are endowed by their Creator 11 with certain unalienable Rights, 12 that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. 13 That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.14

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, 15 appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world 16 for the rectitude of our intentions, 17 do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People 18of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. 19

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, 20 we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. 21

5) (the context of the men during the times in which they wrote this. They were under subject status as property to the crowns of Europe, and the crowns of Europe were subject property to the Vatican, the pope. This declaration was a poke in the eye of the pope and it made it stick it’s the only thing that ever did)

6) (so we recognize everyone can stand under these principles and in order to have respect I must give it first)

7) (everyone has an opinion of some sort, so we are addressing them with the same kind of respect that we demand)

8) (we are telling the whole world that we are separate from them and here’s why, we are giving you notice)

9) (in other words any human can look within himself and agree or disagree)

10) (doesn’t define who the creator is, doesn’t give a name or a religion it says created… neutral)

11) ( Capital C is for any form you’d like to call it: God, Jesus, Buddha, etc.)

12) (the word is Un-a-lien-able, not lien able)

13) (the original text also included the words property)

14) (who gives the power to the government????? We do! The governed)

15) (we get together and discuss things in an open dialogue)

16) (now they are referring to creation)

17) (we are saying that we are speaking directly from creation because we have a personal relationship and we are obligated to our own integrity there personally and individually)

18) (they spoke for everyone on the soil, they spoke in our authority, not their authority, they are not overpowering anyone, its not male its not female, or black, white, or French)

19) (you are not a state, a state is a political body, they are saying that this independent political body now exists because we as a group declared it by our consent)

The same principles in the Declaration of Independence can also be found in the Articles of Confederation, North West Ordinance, and in each states constitution for example; New York’s First Constitution.

So what is this really saying? What are these principles?

-The One People spoken of in the Declaration of 1776 includes all people under creation. The Public Trust created under the Declaration of 1776 is a very simple concept (stated in elegant simplicity) and open for any One of the People of Earth to sign on to, stand under, and live within.

-All people are equal, separated from prior political bands and connected directly to source and creation in an equal capacity. To be “equal” implies each person has value.

-Every person was given to them by their creator a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and another person is not allowed to put any sort of a lien on these rights.

-The governments work for the people through the consent of the people. It is the people that have the authority over the governments.

-The only reason why the government exists is because the people declared it into existence through our consent.

– When each individual protects another in their liberty, there is no trespass or slavery possible because each of us is responsible for that trespass or slavery upon another. I am my brother’s keeper because he is mine.

-There is only one race on this planet, and that is humankind. It matters not our location, our creed, our backgrounds as we all share the same home, Earth, and we derive all our substance from the same Earth.

What do these principles mean to me?

Each of us can choose to abide by these principles or not. I personally choose to abide by them, and in doing so I can apply them to my own life and I am willing to share with all of you what they mean to me in some of my day to day activities.

We are all equal and we all have value. To me this means that I am no better or less than any other person, I am responsible for myself and all the things that occur in my life. I have value that was endowed to me by my creator. My fellow humanity also has value and I recognize this in them. I am not allowed to take their value away from them, and they are not allowed to take my value away from me. I have a right to live with liberty and pursue my own happiness, as do others. No one can put a lien on any of these rights and it is my labor, and the labor of others, that creates the value of the money system. My government is my employee, as I and the rest of the people give them their power through our consent. I cannot give my consent to something I have no knowledge of, but once I have the knowledge, if I am silent, this silence would be assumed as my consent unless I stand up for myself and do something about it.

So now that I feel I have a good grasp on these principles, I have the following questions that come to my mind in my day to day life:

There are those of us who work so hard just to make ends meet, and struggle and cannot seem to get ahead. And there are those elite who always have more than enough because they take our value. Sure, we are fed the line that we all have equal opportunity, but most know that in reality this isn’t really true. Those with money have a lot more opportunity than those without. How does this scenario show that all of us are equal? It doesn’t. And this is just the tip of the iceberg of what really occurs with the disparity of wealth in our world.

For the majority of us in debt, how is it that we owe “the system” money when it is our labor that created the money that was lent to us? And how in the world is this actually calculated? If my labor creates a dollar’s worth of value, and you lend me that dollar of my own value based on my labor, then how is it I have to pay you three dollars back? It was my labor that gave you that dollar in the first place! How is that additional two dollars justified? Does it represent the lenders labor? No it does not. It was created out of thin air as a means of stealing my value from me and giving all my value (and everybody else’s) to a select few that didn’t earn it. Let’s say that for this particular transaction I signed a promissory note and agreed to pay you three dollars for the one dollar that you let me. Well then I guess I consented to this. And I probably only consented because I didn’t understand that the dollar you were lending me was mine to begin with, and your complicated contract with all of its crazy derivative calculations confused me so badly that I felt I had no other choice but to bow down to your demands. I might have just not known any better. But what about the really big debts that I am supposedly obliged to pay that I never consented to? Like the national debt, specifically those situations where such an arrangement was never communicated to me? How can I consent to something I don’t know about?

Let’s say in order to survive I need a house for my family to live in, a car to drive myself back and forth to a job that I need in order to support my family. This constitutes my life for which my creator has bestowed upon me the unalienable right to have. But in order to have the house I have to finance it and a bank puts a lien on me. In order to get the car I have to finance it and a bank puts a lien on me. In order to qualify for the decent paying job I have to finance a college degree and a bank puts a lien on me. Are not all these bank debts at high interest rates, a lien on my life? Isn’t my right to life supposed to be non-lienable? How the heck did this happen?

Let’s say I was the manager of my own company. I am fully responsible for the success of the company and the welfare of all my employees. Also, my employees need my approval to do certain tasks to serve the needs of the company. Then one day all my employees decided to do whatever they wanted: steal and spend all the company’s money on their own personal interests, and then went around to other companies, claiming they were representing me and behaved badly in front of others to ruin my reputation. Then those employees came into my office, took away my desk, my chair, my pictures of my family, and demanded that I raise all their salaries, pay them all big fat bonuses, and cover all expenses incurred while they were off on their escapades destroying my company. What would I do? Would I say “OK you guys are in charge, and I’ll give you whatever you want and ignore everything you’ve done because I’ve forgotten that I am the boss and I’m afraid of you?” No I wouldn’t. So how is it any different with our government? They work for us, through our consent.

Don’t even get me started on licenses, certificates and taxes… I’ll be here all day!

So How do we change all this?

Now that we have covered the principles, you can agree with them and live by them or not. This is your choice by your free will alone. If you agree with them, then you have also taken responsibility for upholding them within yourself and your own life. Again this is your own free will.

To help us all be and create the change we want to see in our world, the first step was to cover the principles, the next step is the syllogism.

Definition of Syllogism

1: a deductive scheme of a formal argument consisting of a major and a minor premise and a conclusion (as in “every virtue is laudable; kindness is a virtue; therefore kindness is laudable”)

2: a subtle, specious, or crafty argument

3: deductive reasoning

What is “The Public Trust of 1776”?

The recent UCC filings made by The One Peoples Public Trust bring to mind another instance of the people joining together to push aside the forced indenture of man, early in our Nations birth.

Will this movement be another Midnight Ride of Paul Revere? I don’t know, but what I do know is a look back at the principles on which this country was founded, is at this point, quite apropos…

What is “The Public Trust of 1776”?

For the purposes of this post, it is important to clarify the true meaning behind this name that has received so much attention lately. “The Public Trust 1776” is a brand name that has recently been applied to a set of very old principles that we, as a human race, seem to have forgotten. First lets clear up some misconceptions; “The Public Trust 1776” as it is referred to in this post does NOT relate to a business entity, a specific group of people, one particular person, any particular website, or a specific group of documents on the internet.

Clearly defined: “The Public Trust of 1776” is a set of principles that were created and preserved for the people and by the people of America in 1776 so that the government which was created by the people had a set of standards that they were required to maintain to benefit the people. The principles of the trust were first defined in the Declaration of Independence. The people who signed it at the time had no elected position, therefore, they were part of one people where all people were equal.

What created the Need for these principles?

Let’s go back to the foundation of these principles. Prior to 1776, settlers came to America to escape the institution-ridden, overly-structured, and constrictive atmosphere of the “mother country” of England. Let’s remember, masses of people DID NOT immigrate to China, or Russia, or any other country, they all came to America. Why? Because after generations of being controlled and enslaved by various corrupt governments around the world, there emerged a special land of second chances, where for the first time in generations, people had the opportunity to experience what it felt like to be allowed to live their lives the way in which they chose, to be free.

While life certainly wasn’t easy back then, what had organically developed was a special set of circumstances where people lived amongst one another, free for the first time in their lives, and began to thrive. People began to recognize that they had value, and they wanted to share that value with others. They saw their liberty as their property, and in order to protect their liberty they had to ensure that all others had the same right to that liberty. They recognized that “I am my brothers’ Keeper, and he is mine”. This is a true value-for-value system: If I take responsibility for my brother or sister and ensure that they are not trespassed upon or enslaved in any way, others will do this for me. It is therefore my duty to take on this responsibility. I have value, and my brother has equal value and we recognize that value within each other. Our labor and our energy that we give back to each other and the land is our value.

Because of this favorable set of circumstances at the time, a sense of stewardship and mission to preserve the situation developed. This set of circumstances was viewed as a “God-given Trust” of the people and was something to be guarded. This notion was strengthened by charter guarantees of constitutional liberty and British “salutary neglect”, which created traditions of local autonomy.

In the 1760’s and 1770’s, British Parliament attempted to exercise authority in the colonies and take away the people’s value – our value, which threatened to destroy these favorable circumstances and was viewed by the people as an attempt to enslave America. As a result, the people rose up and separated themselves from England. To do so they created and declared a set of principles to the entire world to ensure that America would never be enslaved. These principles are clearly outlined in the Declaration of Independence of 1776. This document at the time was a slap in the face to the “powers that were,” and a declaration that we are ONE-FREE-EQUAL-PEOPLE who will not allow ourselves to be enslaved by anyone else’s authority but our own. That we the people are the value, it is this value of our labor using earths raw materials upon which all assets are created, upon which our entire society exists. We the people created our government, we established their position, they are paid by us to serve us and to protect us from the tyranny which is now upon us.

What has happened to us?

If we the people control our government, this means that they are supposed to work for us and we are their bosses. Then why are thousands of innocents accused of non-victim crimes thrown in jail and persecuted in this country? Why do we allow them to take away our rights one-by-one if we are supposed to be their authority?

If it is we the people that are the source of the value of our money system, that it is our labor that creates this value, then why are millions of Americans unemployed and unable to find work because their labor is viewed as worthless?

If we declared that we have certain un-a-lien-able (meaning you cannot put a lien on it) rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, then why do we have such a high cost of living where many cannot survive without going into debt to a bank? Wouldn’t this be considered a lien on our life? What about the current job market, where it’s almost impossible to get a job that pays enough to live off without a degree, and the average student has to go into massive debt just to earn that degree to have a chance at getting a job? Wouldn’t that be considered a lien on our pursuit of happiness? How liberated do you feel when the value of your labor continues to be deducted without your consent through higher prices of everyday items like food and fuel and health items, not to mention higher taxes and interest rates. You no longer can do many of the things you worked so hard to have and do like securing the happiness of your families future. Now the extra money is going towards bank bail outs and government sponsored corruption. Wouldn’t this be considered a lien on you and your liberty?

We each have inherent value. We create the value. Why do we allow ourselves to be treated as if we are worthless? Are we really giving our consent to this treatment? I certainly don’t remember my government official providing me with a personal contract that stated “I will persecute and oppress you and ensure that you are enslaved with debt for the rest of your life… and if you can’t pay it I’ll charge you with a non-victim crime and throw you in jail… is this ok with you? Do I have your consent to do this? If you agree please sign here for the record….” Does anyone reading this recall ever receiving such a communication? So if it was never communicated to us in language that we can understand, then how are we supposed to be expected to give our consent to it? Therefore the only way they have gotten away with this for as long as they have, is because through our silence and apathy they have assumed we are consenting.

But to be fair and show compassion to you, my beloved fellow humanity, let us all remember that most of us are silent because we have been ignorant to what has been done to us. Most of us are just tired and doing all we can to make ends meet. We are struggling, we are suffering. Some of this is self-inflicted yes, and some of it was part of a grand scheme in the works for many years to re-enslave the people. And like lambs to the slaughter we were led into the trap of self de-valuation. We have forgotten the principles on which America was founded. We have forgotten who we really are. Now is the time to remember and resurrect these principles.

The Principles of the Declaration of Independence

These first individuals recognized that the principles they were agreeing to were a matter of life or death. Over the generations, America has created many laws “on top” of these principles, causing them to become watered down. The result is where we are today; there is death all around us….death of the financial system, death of our freedoms, and a tremendous absence of truth within our society. Many of the laws that have been created have gradually brought us into self-service or special interests.

America is the only country in the world that started out with these principles of freedom. We are the first country to have been set up where the Government is supposed to be ruled by the consent of the governed. The people are supposed to be in charge. It is for these principles that people flocked to this country over the generations, as we have been the last bastion of hope for many. So much has changed since our beginnings, yet it would appear that we are back to where we were before the Declaration of Independence of 1776. Our “governments” are attempting to exercise authority and enslave America again.

So let us now revisit these principles. This is not a focus on any of the actions or behaviors that have occurred around them, (Jefferson owned slaves, women had no rights, etc.) it is a closer look at the principles as they were written. The beauty of these principles is that they need not apply only to one nation. The language in which they were written allows them to be applied to all of humanity. There is only one race on this planet and that is humankind. It matters not our location, creed or backgrounds, as we all share the same home – Earth – and we derive all our substance from the same Earth.
