The most recent round of fraud began on March 28, 1861. That was the day the Congress of the united States of America adjourned for lack of quorum and never reconvened. Ever since, “Congress” has functioned in one of three roles—(1) as a corporate Board of Directors for private, mostly foreign-owned and deceptively named governmental services corporations operated by banking cartels (the Federal Reserve running the “United States of America, Inc.” and the IMF running the “UNITED STATES”) or (2) the government of a legislative democracy calling itself the United States of America (Minor)—American “states” more often thought of as federal territories and possessions—Guam, Puerto Rico, etc., or (3) operating as a plenary oligarchy ruling the Washington DC Municipal Government.
All this time that you thought the members of Congress were representing you and your interests, they’ve been representing other interests entirely. That explains a lot, doesn’t it?
On March 6, 1933 the “President” of the “United States of America, Inc.” Franklin Delano Roosevelt attended a Conference of Governors meeting. These “Governors” were all “State” franchise managers of the United States of America, Inc., exactly like local franchise owners of Burger King or Sears. They got together and pledged the assets of their customers—their employers—the American states and people——as “sureties” for their private corporate debts. And then they bankrupted the “United States of America” and all the “State” franchises.
The “federal” States that were created by the 14th Amendment of their private for-profit corporation’s look-alike, sound-alike “constitution” published as the “Constitution of the United States of America” are not the same as the actual States of the Union, nor are their “State” citizens the same as American State Citizens, nor are their “US citizens” the same as Citizens of the united States, but they pretended that they were and the banks gleefully agreed. To secure the debt owed by the “United States of America, Inc.” the banks established maritime salvage liens against every parcel of land, every business, every man, woman, and child in America, and continued to operate their doppelganger corporation under Chapter 11 Reorganization. They laid claim to your “good faith and credit” —stole your credit cards— and your identity as an American State Citizen, and they never bothered to tell the victim.
They also had you declared legally dead and probated your estate and issued bonds based on the value of your labor and private property. Just look at “your” Birth Certificate—signed by the County Registrar, an officer of the probate court, issued in the NAME of a “dead person”—you, numbered as a bond and issued on bond paper. At the same time, they converted all your private bank accounts to the ownership of the ESTATE trust they created “in your name” and moved the ESTATE offshore to Puerto Rico where you and your assets supposedly came under the foreign maritime jurisdiction of the United States of America (Minor).
Look at the NAME on “your” bank account checks. Look at the signature line under a high powered magnifier. The IMF claims that it owns all your bank accounts. It claims that your ESTATE was “abandoned”, and now all the spoils belong to the bank. They are pressing “Congress” to pass “laws” to allow them to seize all American bank accounts—your savings, your retirement accounts, your checking accounts, everything. We’ve seen Dodd-Frank. Now we are seeing “bail-in” proposals. The Big Banks want “Congress” to front for their greed and criminality—again.
This is all fiduciary trust fraud and fiduciary trust fraud has no statute of limitations. 1862 or 1933 or 2014—it makes no difference. We suggest that members of Congress assume their public offices acting under full 100% individual commercial liability —or be ousted and tried as criminals. Next, we suggest that they honor their contract with America and issue debt-free public money— real American Dollars. Next, liquidate all the “too big to fail” banks, tear up the corporate charters these entities have violated, seize back our purloined assets, and shut them all down. Meanwhile, the market for financial services will open up for banks operated under actual state charters.
This thing you have thought of as your government is nothing but a multi-national conglomerate run criminally amok. The real government of this country is vested in each of you. You all hold more civil authority on the land than the entire federal government. Deal with the “FEDERAL RESERVE” and “IMF” and “CONGRESS” the same way you would deal with “TARGET” or “WALMART” or “ARBY’S” if they grossly endangered, cheated, enslaved, and defrauded you. Keep calm and get even. You all know what to do.
You have the guaranteed Universal Right of Self-Declaration provided by United Nations Conventions, plus the protections of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. You have the Geneva Conventions and the Lieber Code. You have the preserved right to Common Law, guaranteed by Uniform Commercial Code 1-308 and recourse guaranteed by 1-103.6, which includes the right not to be bound by any contract that is unilateral, inequitable, involuntary, undisclosed, tainted by fraud, not in-kind, entered in your behalf by others merely claiming to represent you, or deemed to exist as the result of receiving a compelled benefit or fruit of monopoly inducement. You have the absolute right to Expatriate from their maritime jurisdiction.
Do so.

“It is obvious from reading most of these comments that there are people who use their “opinions” as FACT and that is OK when you are making decisions for yourself. The trip to Cirebon is to present us with information on global treaties on how best to release funds to the people and the system that will be used; we will have until June to understand the treaty and then try to get enough mainstream media coverage to explain all to the people. If we cannot get mainstream media then we will have to resort to creating our own (as usual when the truth is being exposed).
None of you have any idea how hard people have worked to develop and implement the ‘PROSPERITY PROJECTS” and the great benefit that this will bring to the poor and suffering of the world. Step outside of your world and put yourself in the place of those people in Somalia and South Africa who watch their children die from sickness and starvation every minute of every day.

It is impossible to bring a group of complete strangers together in agreement on every point and we can see that just from FB. some people want it all their way or not at all and that is what transpired.

I’ve been reading and watching the dialogs about the Swissindo organization and the God Sky Earth initiative. Interesting to say the least. I’ve always had that knack to stir up shit. That reminds me of a story:
My first job out of grad school was with NASA Network Test and Training Facility at Goddard Spaceflight Center, MD. I started in Jan. 1978 with a year of my Masters program done. The Training Manager, Barry Crouch, kind of pulled me under his wing to do the special projects that he had always wanted to do with so much training data available. I was hired as a Test Data Specialist, running statistical programs an a PDP-11. Performing chi-square, predictive validity and other statistical analyses on years of pre-test/post-test student data.
After 8 months on the job, I ended up getting a great raise just because I was grossly under-paid ($12,000 yr) for the work I was performing. A week later, I received a promotion that had been in the works for months and I received another big raise! Wow. I was a happy camper.
A week later… Barry called me into his office. I sat down, he said, “Charlie, you’re the only guy I know who could fall into a shit hole and come up with a gold watch and chain!”
I had gotten another raise, retroactive, on the position I was promoted to the week before. Total raise: a 52.5% increase in my salary in 3 weeks.

October 21, 2013 Lets assume the incorrect statements about Heather are a separate issue form the UN. It’s a shame that someone aligned with something that is supposed to be of integrity knows so little about the UCC foreclosures and was not or did not take the time to listen to few if any of the shows where she stated what she stated about not signing or aligning with anything per se. This includes SWISSINDO. Beyond that I cant comment. I have a building intuition that the UN may no longer be overtly controlled by Cabal sources which means Agenda 21 could be evaluated for positive steps in- regards to sustainability and not ones that merely mock sustainability as a guise to control the people. All organizations had those polarized from one side or the other and it’s important to realize that due to the shift many are having changes of heart and many are leaving their posts. We cannot assume that the UN is still the boogeyman. Maybe they are finally going to fulfill the role that they were created for on the surface and not the one that lied between the lines beneath. I see and feel some resonance with this. Seriously if we’re all going to be learning and following universal common law what kind of fraudulent controlling contract could they pull and could it possibly be detrimental? I don’t see it right now that seems like fear based returns to the past. So we remain open yet discerning and try to support whatever will get bridge funds to projects, people and places.

I like everything you say except about SWISSINDO because they can finance the bridge from a money psychology to a no money psychology. Right now there are people who need money to dig wells, start growing food and greening their land, it can’t happen in an instant, it will have to be a process. If the cabal that has ruled us for so long can be out-monied so to speak, the focus can then be on healing rather than destroying. Think of the SWISSINDO funds as a bridge into the Golden Age, not as a control mechanism but rather as a financier of the CVACs so that ideas like free energy can be supported, financed and realized now. We still have to buy stuff to make stuff in real time. Think of the gold as a facilitator energy toward the future we REALLY want to see.

I saw the post with regard to you in RTS as well, your name has come up in several discussions on FB. My humble opinion when it comes to our liberty (as I am not particularly fond of the definition of freedom under the current paradigm) is that true liberty should allow each ONE to choose. In my discernment processes with regard to SWISSINDO‘s initial document (I am not aware of any subsequent to the first one) I found it interesting that the contact person for OPPT was NONE of the Trustees but rather Brian Kelly. After speaking with Brian (his aunt and I are good friends, so I have had eyeball to eyeball contact with Brian) he too felt it interesting that he was listed as the U.S contact for OPPT on the SWISSINDO Document and not Heather. Little indiscretions such as these make SWISSINDO suspect. The other reason for my concern over SWISSINDO is that Mr. Sino has been invited to have a sit down with the trustee, to share the INTENT of SWISSINDO with Heather eyeball to eyeball- but has ignored her request(s). Given she was the author of OPPT and has the hands on knowledge- you would think Mr. Sino, who has seized on the DOings of OPPT would want to share, discuss his intent with and want the author/trustees proverbial stamp of approval. I have yet to see full transparency as well a integrity from Mr. Sino. But I digress to my bottom line- true liberty allows each to choose and at this point in my timeline I view SWISSINDO as a bridge right back to enslavement. When one at the top is the controller of the Gold; the pyramid is once again rebuilt with 99% sitting at the bottom. So- Mr. Sino wherever you are and who ever you BE – please show yourself in full transparency and let us all know why you have avoided speaking to the author of OPPT and the ONE PEOPLE you seek to represent. I recently tried public transportation in Edmonton for the first time in my life.
Gasp.
Calm down, I’m not some elitist billionaire philanthropist that gets around town riding on the backs of third world children.
I just usually travel by car.
My quest was to ride the train to the Stanley Milner Library in the heart of downtown.
I watch the movies – like everybody else. I know what a dangerous place the underground can be. So I came prepared, ready to fend off the dangerous creatures lurking under the tracks. I stretched for thirty minutes and practiced my karate chops before I left the house. Plus I’m an expert at knee to groin action. My mace was tucked away in an easy to access pocket in my bag, and my cell phone ready to dial 911.
Keeping my head down, I entered the ETS station. Clutching my bag tightly…
