Greetings, dear Lightworkers. This is the Higher Self of Sal. There are many souls who are a bit confused about what actually happened on December 21, 2012, and so we are responding to numerous requests for an explanation.

December 21, 2012 signaled the end of the Maya long-count calendar. There were numerous prophecies surrounding this date, some of which were fulfilled and others that did not materialize or realize themselves. The purpose of this discussion is to briefly describe what happened, as well as what did not happen, in the hopes that you will have a better understanding of the process of soul evolution and integration and how it applies to the world. A significant number of the conditions and events predicted by this channel and his spirit guides did come to pass, while a few did not. This channel and his guides knew this would be the case, since Earth is a free will planet and human beings choose their experiences and responses to celestial events, to a large extent. Below, we have detailed the things that did happen, as well as those that did not.

Things that actually happened:

The portal opened and energy streamed forth into the planet from the higher realms. 

Higher frequencies flooded the planet and accelerated evolution in those who are able to receive the energies.

The Earth’s composite vibration reached and exceeded 4.00 on this channel’s density scale index.

There were fluctuations in the electromagnetic field of the Earth, and some minor disruptions of telecommunications and navigational equipment did occur in some areas.

Both positive and negative emotions and thoughts were magnified to some extent.

Various groups of souls came together in vortex and power places around the Earth to celebrate the beginning of the new era.

Third density souls, completely caught up in the lower vibrations of ego, were not open to the higher frequencies and felt as though nothing had happened. This was predicted.

The Galactic Shift, a larger pattern of accelerated evolution, continued unabated, as predicted by this channel and his spirit guides.

The Earth’s axis moved into position with the Central Sun of the galaxy, as predicted by many psychics.
The sun rose as expected, at the usual time, on December 22, 2012, as predicted by most psychics and clairvoyants.

What did NOT happen as predicted by many psychics and clairvoyants:

Although the portal opened, the Earth and humanity did not actually pass through it.

The portal is still open, even though it was predicted to close after a three-day period (December 20-22).

There were no three days of darkness as predicted by some psychics.

People did not instantaneously and magically enter a higher dimension where all their human issues suddenly vaporized or dissolved.

Although a sudden shift did occur at the quantum level, the outer layers of the self are continuing to go through a gradual process of healing and cleansing. The purification process is continuing.

The poles did not reverse their polarity. There was a partial pole reversal, but it was much smaller than anticipated by many psychics.

The dark forces did not disappear from the Earth, although life is continuing to become more and more challenging for them in general.

If you are one of the lightworkers on Earth and have been on a spiritual path for some time, you may or may not have been aware of the above changes (and lack thereof). If it felt as though nothing happened, we encourage you not to despair. Soul integration and healing is not an instantaneous process on Earth. The shift of the ages is a catalyst for growth, not an endpoint. You will find that the Apocalypse is continuing. The word Apocalypse means the revealing of that which has been hidden from sight. You will note that more and more negativity is coming to the surface of consciousness to be healed, forgiven and released. This is true on the world stage as well as on an individual level.

The governments, militaries and authorities of the world are on shaky ground. Those institutions that are based on lies and misconceptions are having their improprieties exposed, like the Emperor with no clothes. More and more souls are seeing through the smokescreen of propaganda and cultural programming. They are saying, “No!� to things that do not foster life and cooperation among humans and other species. Although it might appear that things are becoming more negative, this is not true. The truth is that things have been predominantly negative on Earth for thousands of years and we are just now becoming more aware of this. It is all coming to the surface to be healed, forgiven and released.

The Earth changes are continuing. After the precessional alignment, there was a prediction that things would calm down a bit temporarily and then accelerate again as the Galactic Shift began approaching its midpoint. According to this channel’s guides the Founders, the midpoint of the Galactic Shift is around 2025 AD. This larger shift will not be complete until around 2100 AD. This is detailed in the author’s second book, Earth Changes and 2012.

What can we expect over the next several years on Earth?

Due to the extreme imbalances created by humanity’s refusal to take responsibility for the planet and her resources, there will continue to be an acceleration of severe storms, earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, droughts, pestilence, etc. As stated repeatedly by this channel and his guides, this is not a punishment for humanity’s inappropriate behavior, but rather a natural cause-and-effect relationship based on the law of attraction. Humanity has been predominantly negative in consciousness for a very long time, and now consequences are showing up more rapidly due to the rising frequencies. The delay time between a positive or negative act and its consequences is decreasing. In other words, be careful what you ask for. Not only will it come to pass, but it will manifest much more quickly than before.

There will be many more shifts in the years ahead. Comets and asteroids will pass close to the Earth, but none of any significant size are predicted to hit the Earth. There will be electromagnetic shifts on May 5, 2017 and again on January 30, 2030 due to celestial events. Each of these shifts will be an opportunity to accelerate your spiritual growth and embrace the higher truths that have always been and will always be.
It is up to each one of us to be the change we want to see in the world. No beings from on high are going to take responsibility for us. They may help and guide us, and point out some things that we should know about, but it is our choice how to move forward.

It’s time to roll up our sleeves and get to work, healing ourselves instead of just paying lip service to the path. This means making a solid commitment to grow and evolve in the highest and best way possible. It means a lot of self-examination and loving honesty with ourselves and others. We cannot hide our truth any longer. Our true motives and passions will be revealed, either gracefully or otherwise. We must be gentle and loving with ourselves, yet firm and vigilant against negativity of any kind. As one author put it, we cannot afford the luxury of a negative thought. We must hold ourselves accountable and hold others accountable as well. That means, at times, being confrontational, especially when we witness acts of violence or negativity toward the Earth and her people.

We must demand change of our elected leaders and those in positions of authority. Just as we work on ourselves daily to clear our negative emotions and core negative beliefs, we must expect the same of those who have been entrusted with leading us. That includes spiritual teachers, as well as politicians and financial leaders.

It’s time to wake up and do whatever it takes to bring about the new Golden Age. We have been given a road map by our guides in the higher realms. Now it’s our turn to shine. It’s time to show the world that we are here, ready to collectively be the saviors of this beautiful planet.

The Event is the Sunrise of the New Society.

Earth and the inhabitants have been in 25,000 years of imprisonment and quarantine similar to a black hole in which spiritual energy has been unable to easily come and go. We have been controlled and manipulated by the dark side – or as we call them, The Cabal. We are now to exit the black hole after 25,000 years of prison. Our planet is the last one in the galaxy to be liberated. This exit is the EVENT HORIZON, or THE EVENT.

THE EVENT will be a moment of breakthrough for the planet which will be physical and non physical.

On the non physical plane there will be a big wave or flash of Divine energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation). It will be a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity. It will calm humanity in the light of love energy and end duality. It’s a magnificent energy not seen or felt before on earth. Everyone on earth will feel and know something has happened. It will be a surprise as to when it will happen, even for us. It’s never happened before. It will not be a major shock event, it will be a positive event.

On the physical plane there will be:

• The arrest of the Cabal (already started).
• The re-set of the Financial Systems.
• Disclosure – the release of Hidden truth/events including ET information.
• The beginning of a new fair financial system with prosperity funds for all.
• NEW Government/Political system, Education system, Health care system, History lessons, etc. etc.
• Awakening of humanity slowly and gradually to the existence of positive non-terrestrial races and our galactic connections.
• Introduction of new advanced technology.
• The release of spiritual growth and healing for every human being on the planet.
• There is much, much more to look forward to.

Since we do not know the exact day, month, or year of the event (it will be soon), it would be wise to follow a few simple rules of precaution:

1. Keep an extra 2 weeks of food on hand starting now.
2. Make sure you and your loved ones have an up to date supply of any medicines that might be required.
3. Keep extra cash hidden away at your home.
4. Gas up your vehicle when the tank is ½ empty.

What to expect Financially “AFTER The EVENT”

Vision for New Financial System – Transition from the Old Financial System to the New Financial System.

The current Financial System is malfunctioning and is being replaced with a new financial system. Do not panic. This is a good thing. Your needs will be provided for. As with any major change, the first few days are always the most confusing. Since all major TV networks, Internet, newspapers, and radio stations will be broadcasting quality information about The EVENT you can expect to become more and more comfortable as the day moves along. Below are instructions for the first 14 day.

Joy and Positive Feelings Will Link All the
Earth’s People With Love

Day 1 – within minutes of THE EVENT happening (The Divine Galactic energy pulse):

• All banks will temporarily close – no access to banks for 3-7 days (up to 14 days).
• All credit cards and ATM machines will be temporarily disabled (up to 14 days).
• The reason for this is to cut off access of funds to the illegal owners of the central banks around the world, known as The Cabal.
• Most businesses will be encouraged to stay open, and continue to accept cash and checks as they would in their normal course of doing business. Checks will clear as soon as the banks reopen. (1-2 weeks after THE EVENT).
• If you do not have access to cash, and are in need of basic necessities which cannot be accessed through friends, family, community or emergency services, a voucher system will be set up in order to pay for goods and services.

This is not free money. This is basically a loan to you for up to $1000. which may be used from the day of the event for food, medicines & necessities until such time that the banks re-open. After that they become null and void, and you will be charged for the amount used. Businesses will be compensated for legitimate vouchers which they then can process through any bank. Those people who elect to use vouchers to purchase goods and services will be responsible for re-payment either through their bank, or as an offset against future earnings/compensations.

Day 2 – 14+

• All currencies will still be alive.
• There will be a financial re-evaluation after the Event.
• There will be transparency accounting with banks that reopen.
• Interest charges will stop.
• Fractional banking will cease.
• The IRS will be dismantled immediately.
• All Banks with strong ties to The Cabal will be bankrupt.
• The Federal Reserve will be dismantled immediately.
• All debts will not be forgiven, meaning if you used credit cards to buy goods thinking your debts were forgiven, that will not be acceptable.
• Food, shelter, and technology will be available for everyone.
• No gold will be traded on the open market.
• There will be no more homeless people.
• There will be no more stock market.
• Money in bank accounts will be frozen from reset to the new bank system (3-14 days). If funds were acquired legally, then the money will be kept.
• The Cabal’s money is illegal and will be seized.

More Future Details to The Changes for The New Society:

• The only tax will be 14% on new items purchased.
• Humanitarianism will reign.
• New technology will be released but electricity grids will be kept going through the conversion.
• Everyone will receive $100,000 from collateral accounts.
• Debts up to $100,000 will be forgiven. If over that amount, it will be analyzed. Real outstanding debt will be taken from that amount or if not enough, you will be advised to go into bankruptcy.
• All countries debts will be forgiven.
• Mortgages will be cancelled out.
• Retirement accounts will be preserved.
• Social security/retirement/health care will be changed; free health insurance will be provided for a new, advanced medical system.
• The average work week will be 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Production costs will decrease.
• All legal contracts will be respected.
• The police force will be restructured for protection, not money collectors.
• Common law will be respected – not distorted.
• Most credit card debt will be cancelled.
• Speculation will not be tolerated, and you can not rack up your credit cards now, expecting them to be cancelled out later without being on the hook. There is financial tracking.
• Congress will close at reset. (Goes for all countries)
• Most of Congress (U.S.) will be disbanded.
• There will be new elections for Congress (All governments worldwide) within 4 months of RESET.
• Monsanto, the corrupt part of Microsoft, will be bankrupt immediately. Same for other corrupt companies.
• Most prisoners will be released and receive psychological counseling and training because they were forced to do things due to life conditions. Many will be released because they are innocent.
• CIA operated drug trade will cease, and drastic restructuring will be needed.
• When we are all fully ‘healed,’ we will stop eating meat (animals will be appreciated for what they are).
• There will still be bankruptcies.
• We won’t be able to have factories in China any longer.
• Most Companies will keep operating.
• Companies will buy back shares and give investors back their money.
• The Resistance will help and advise.
• The electrical grid will be intact, however when The Cabal goes down, we may have darkness for short intervals.

Richmond, California, Fights Banks With First-In-The-Nation Plan . . . and guess who says it won’t work . . . :)

SAN FRANCISCO — When the mayor of Richmond, Calif., and a gaggle of activists and homeowners showed up at the Wells Fargo Bank headquarters in downtown San Francisco this month, they were on a mission to speak with the bank’s chief executive.

They wanted the bank to drop a lawsuit aimed at stopping Richmond’s first-in-the-nation plan to use the government’s constitutional power of eminent domain to “seize” hundreds of mortgages from Wells Fargo and other financial institutions.

As Mayor Gayle McLaughlin and the plan’s backers approached the bank building, security guards locked the doors. After a bank official told her there would be no meeting then and that someone would call her later, she grabbed a bullhorn.

“I am absolutely not backing down,” McLaughlin said, as curious tourists and lunching office workers milled about.

Wells Fargo, three other banks and even the Federal Housing Finance Agency think otherwise.

The banks have filed two lawsuits alleging that the plan is an illegal abuse of eminent domain, which allows governments to seize private property for public use – like a house in the path of a new highway or a piece of land needed for a new park.

The banks argue the plan would “severely disrupt the United States mortgage industry” because many other cities would likely adopt the same program to help homeowners who owe more on their mortgages than their houses are worth.

So far, Richmond has sent out more than 600 offers, but has not yet begun any eminent domain proceedings. Newark, N.J., North Las Vegas, Nev., El Monte, Calif., and Seattle are considering similar plans, according to Wells Fargo’s lawsuit.

While the housing industry is recovering slowly, Richmond, a city of roughly 100,000 people, is in the middle of a housing crisis, as plummeting home values and rising crime has left many worried that an era of urban blight is upon them.

McLaughlin said cities are considering the program because they are desperate. Nearly half the mortgages in Richmond, for example, are “underwater,” the owner owes more than the house is worth.

The plan is the brainchild of Cornell University law school professor Robert Hockett and here’s how it works:

“The fact of the matter is that underwater loans do default at massive rates,” Hockett said. “Underwater loans are a major drag on the economic recovery. We have got to do something.”

Richmond, working with San Francisco-based Mortgage Resolution Partners, offers $150,000 to buy a $300,000 bank loan on a house that is now worth $200,000 and is in danger of foreclosure.

If the bank agrees, the city and the company then obtain the loan at $150,000. Richmond and the company then offer the homeowner a new loan of $190,000, which, if accepted, lowers the monthly payments and improves the owners’ chances of staying.

In such transactions, the company receives $4,500 for each completed sale and splits any additional profits with the city.

If the bank refuses to sell the loan to Richmond, then the city invokes its power of imminent domain and seizes the mortgage. It would then offer the bank a fair market value for the home.

Mortgage Resolution Partners, the company partnering with the city, puts up the money and had promised to pay all Richmond’s legal costs. City officials have not said how many homes they hope to refinance through eminent domain.

McLaughlin is a Green Party candidate who beat back opposition from the city’s police and fire unions to win a second term in 2010.

She said she fears homeowners will begin to abandon their homes, leading to blighted neighborhoods and the draining of public coffers to the point of municipal bankruptcy experienced by Stockton, Calif., and Detroit.

“The city is stepping in where Wall Street and where the federal government have been unable or unwilling to do so,” she said.

Federal regulators said eminent domain isn’t the answer. The Federal Housing Finance Agency said plans to seize loans “present a clear threat to the safe and sound operations Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Banks.”
