“It is obvious from reading most of these comments that there are people who use their “opinions” as FACT and that is OK when you are making decisions for yourself. However, when you put those opinions out in the public arena it is your total responsibility to know as much as their is to know about the subject matter because your “opinion” is being used to “prove a point” or to “prove fraud” and to discredit those who have worked with SI now for almost 12 months.

There is a great deal that cannot be dragged out into the public arena AT THIS TIME because, believe it or not people’s lives could well and truly be on the line. The title King and Queen in the context of Mr. Sino and Heather are titles that describe culturally their awareness of their own spirituality to work as “leaders of awakening” the people – not as rulers of the people. Just the fact that some are not clear on this shows how little they have looked into the cultural significance of these titles as talked about. As for the pictures of people “signing contracts” again NOT TRUTH. They are not signing contracts at all, but signing documents as witnesses to Mr. Sino for the release of funds.

The trip to Cirebon is to present us with information on global treaties on how best to release funds to the people and the system that will be used; we will have until June to understand the treaty and then try to get enough mainstream media coverage to explain all to the people. If we cannot get mainstream media then we will have to resort to creating our own (as usual when the truth is being exposed).

None of you have any idea how hard people have worked to develop and implement the ‘PROSPERITY PROJECTS” and the great benefit that this will bring to the poor and suffering of the world. Step outside of your world and put yourself in the place of those people in Somalia and South Africa who watch their children die from sickness and starvation every minute of every day.

You worry about the NWO well, we lived under that regime for almost 20 years and didn’t even know it – it is the OLD WORLD ORDER. The POWERS THAT WERE as Heather refers to them hijacked terminology from the original plan in order to ensure that if or when this came to light that people would have no trust the same as the symbols throughout the Global Collateral Accounts i.e. the pyramid with the all seeing eye etc. They (THE POWERS THAT WERE) were always 10 steps ahead of us and they have played their roles very well and very effectively. they have used their tools to twist and turn our minds, our ability to “feel” the truth and our ability to BE AND DO to achieve our freedom and create a better world. Many are working on various levels to deliver “products” to the people that will show exactly where the project money will be used to distribute these funds – not just to the people – but to humanitarian aid that will actually achieve something meaningful.”

“Mr. Sino has been met with great resistance to have the funds released. He has proven through his possession of the “micro film” that he is rightful M1 that has been audited and authenticated as have the global collateral accounts of “spiritual whiteboy” and others. Those who needed to sign the documents of authenticity have done that, as the released documents have demonstrated and yet subversive games continue because they know the longer they stall the more SWISSINDO and Mr. Sino lose credibility.

As for Pieta’s letter posted on D’s website I would ask all to consider that there is always two sides to every story and you have all only heard one side. I am not going start a slinging match about Pieta because she has done what she has done for reasons only clear to her. As often happens someone who is “disgruntled” often has a very “subjective view” of what occurred.

People have worked long and hard on this project for a very long time and to have that threatened by what I consider to be a selfish act of retribution claimed to be transparency would bring out anger and frustration on so many levels. It is impossible to bring a group of complete strangers together in agreement on every point and we can see that just from FB. some people want it all their way or not at all and that is what transpired.

SWISSINDO has adopted the CVAC system developed by Heather in line with international Common Law and the UCC filings. You may choose to contract with others to deliver services using money that is separate to your “inheritance” for common projects that will benefit the community. You will get to keep any wealth that you have accumulated through honest dealings and you will get to keep any possessions and assets as well.

You will be beholding to know one accept yourself with what you do with the money. Take the inheritance and blow it or use it wisely – your choice. The money is not the important part of all this although it will provide the proof that people need – something they can see, touch and feel as proof absolute of the intentions of Mr. Sino and the new system that will eventually see the need for money eliminated and humankind working cooperatively together for a better world rather than the competitive mind frame that exists now.

YES WE ARE THE VALUE but living on thin air and good wishes has not worked for the millions who die of starvation, war and the like so far and that reality is not going to change no matter how “spiritual” we “think” we are.

If you don’t want your inheritance then do not take it – simple. Keep working your jobs as slaves and remain in the system that everyone knows is wrong – your choice.

I’ve been reading and watching the dialogs about the Swissindo organization and the God Sky Earth initiative. Interesting to say the least. I’ve always had that knack to stir up shit. That reminds me of a story:

My first job out of grad school was with NASA Network Test and Training Facility at Goddard Spaceflight Center, MD. I started in Jan. 1978 with a year of my Masters program done. The Training Manager, Barry Crouch, kind of pulled me under his wing to do the special projects that he had always wanted to do with so much training data available. I was hired as a Test Data Specialist, running statistical programs an a PDP-11. Performing chi-square, predictive validity and other statistical analyses on years of pre-test/post-test student data.

After 8 months on the job, I ended up getting a great raise just because I was grossly under-paid ($12,000 yr) for the work I was performing. A week later, I received a promotion that had been in the works for months and I received another big raise! Wow. I was a happy camper.

A week later… Barry called me into his office. I sat down, he said, “Charlie, you’re the only guy I know who could fall into a shit hole and come up with a gold watch and chain!”

I had gotten another raise, retroactive, on the position I was promoted to the week before. Total raise: a 52.5% increase in my salary in 3 weeks.

Lets assume the incorrect statements about Heather are a separate issue form the UN. It’s a shame that someone aligned with something that is supposed to be of integrity knows so little about the UCC foreclosures and was not or did not take the time to listen to few if any of the shows where she stated what she stated about not signing or aligning with anything per se. This includes SWISSINDO. Beyond that I cant comment. I have a building intuition that the UN may no longer be overtly controlled by Cabal sources which means Agenda 21 could be evaluated for positive steps in- regards to sustainability and not ones that merely mock sustainability as a guise to control the people. All organizations had those polarized from one side or the other and it’s important to realize that due to the shift many are having changes of heart and many are leaving their posts. We cannot assume that the UN is still the boogeyman. Maybe they are finally going to fulfill the role that they were created for on the surface and not the one that lied between the lines beneath. I see and feel some resonance with this. Seriously if we’re all going to be learning and following universal common law what kind of fraudulent controlling contract could they pull and could it possibly be detrimental? I don’t see it right now that seems like fear based returns to the past. So we remain open yet discerning and try to support whatever will get bridge funds to projects, people and places.

I like everything you say except about SWISSINDO because they can finance the bridge from a money psychology to a no money psychology. Right now there are people who need money to dig wells, start growing food and greening their land, it can’t happen in an instant, it will have to be a process. If the cabal that has ruled us for so long can be out-monied so to speak, the focus can then be on healing rather than destroying. Think of the SWISSINDO funds as a bridge into the Golden Age, not as a control mechanism but rather as a financier of the CVACs so that ideas like free energy can be supported, financed and realized now. We still have to buy stuff to make stuff in real time. Think of the gold as a facilitator energy toward the future we REALLY want to see.

I saw the post with regard to you in RTS as well, your name has come up in several discussions on FB. My humble opinion when it comes to our liberty (as I am not particularly fond of the definition of freedom under the current paradigm) is that true liberty should allow each ONE to choose. In my discernment processes with regard to SWISSINDO‘s initial document (I am not aware of any subsequent to the first one) I found it interesting that the contact person for OPPT was NONE of the Trustees but rather Brian Kelly. After speaking with Brian (his aunt and I are good friends, so I have had eyeball to eyeball contact with Brian) he too felt it interesting that he was listed as the U.S contact for OPPT on the SWISSINDO Document and not Heather. Little indiscretions such as these make SWISSINDO suspect. The other reason for my concern over SWISSINDO is that Mr. Sino has been invited to have a sit down with the trustee, to share the INTENT of SWISSINDO with Heather eyeball to eyeball- but has ignored her request(s). Given she was the author of OPPT and has the hands on knowledge- you would think Mr. Sino, who has seized on the DOings of OPPT would want to share, discuss his intent with and want the author/trustees proverbial stamp of approval. I have yet to see full transparency as well a integrity from Mr. Sino. But I digress to my bottom line- true liberty allows each to choose and at this point in my timeline I view SWISSINDO as a bridge right back to enslavement. When one at the top is the controller of the Gold; the pyramid is once again rebuilt with 99% sitting at the bottom. So- Mr. Sino wherever you are and who ever you BE – please show yourself in full transparency and let us all know why you have avoided speaking to the author of OPPT and the ONE PEOPLE you seek to represent. ‘The Royal Oath of Honor Council: A History of the Beginning of the End’
A further inquiry into the SWISSINDO Trust

INTRODUCTION
What if we all have the opportunity right now to give the best of ourselves and, at the same time, be supported and rewarded for being those multi-variant selves, no matter what our range of interests is, as long as we do no harm to another being? Whose signature do you need to see on paper to believe that this is a very real option in this precise moment of now? Consider whether you’re persuaded by the concept that sufficient funds exist and are available to us, this summer, to underwrite not only a global debt jubilee, but also to sustain a return of the people’s value to the people—because we are all equally the beneficiaries of the world’s wealth. It’s an entirely open question who really rules the world. It depends on which lens you want to use. The trust that is now formally prepared to underwrite this global initiative has been misused at an international level. In February of this year, the Trustee of the SWISSINDO International Orbit Trust, Mr. A1.Sino.AS.S“2”.IR.Soegihartonotonegoro,ST, has deployed the One People’s Public Trust UCC filings to legally declare an end, worldwide, to corruption, collusion and nepotism (known in Indonesia by the acronym KKN: ‘korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme’). The people of the earth are presently afraid to retire old systems of government, banking, and judicial structure because they don’t know what will replace them, even though the complete corruption of these institutions is killing us all—softly and slowly or hard and fast, depending. This paper aims to resolve that equation by presenting the logic of a robust new framework that will handily support our transition to life on a much better planet.

PART 1: SINO AND SWISSINDO – PRINCIPLES OF PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE

On June 2, in honor of Mr. Sino.AS’s birthday, SWISSINDO officially published a document titled PRASASTY KERATON CAKRABUWANA DAN SUMPAH CARAKA and subtitled ‘Royal Oath of Honor Council: A History of the Beginning of the End’. This declaration commemorates the establishment of the world’s first CVAC (Creation’s Value Assistance Center), which creates the legal structure that makes possible SWISSINDO’s distribution of funds to all the people of the earth, a value that Mr. Sino.AS understands was stolen from us all through ‘korupsi, kolusi, nepotisme’. This is a model CVAC, the first of its kind. Interestingly, for SWISSINDO’s purposes it is also a kingdom. This kit comes complete with a king, so it might be best to consider what the CVAC called NEO THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GOD SKY EARTH is all about, exactly.

Included among the precedents that Mr. Sino.AS cites are the following. He takes his precepts from the tenets of Pancasila; from Indonesia’s Declaration of Independence as a republic under Sukarno in 1945; from the 1948 U.N. Declaration of Human Rights; from the 1955 Bandung Conference of non-aligned nations, hosted by Indonesia; from the 1963 Green Hilton Memorial Agreement between American President Kennedy and Indonesian President Sukarno; and from Sukarno’s ‘Supersemar’ initiative of 11 March 1966. Let’s take a look at the relevance of each precedent to Mr. Sino.AS’s vision of the global project now at hand.

The short clip linked below is an audio file of Sukarno reading the Indonesian Declaration of Independence along with a most striking photo of young Sukarno standing in a garage in front of 500 people, surrounded by student revolutionary representatives, early in the morning of 17 August 1945. Here’s the back story: The Japanese, having supplanted the Dutch over the course of World War II as the colonial overlords of the Indonesian Archipelago, had experienced the horror of nuclear annihilation at the hands of Americans just ten days earlier. The students knew that there was only one, very finite, moment available in which to propel the Indonesian peoples out of colonialism, and they seized it. The night beforehand, Sukarno was pulled to a safe house and handed the Declaration that he read from the garage at dawn—and so the Republic of Indonesia was created.

Mr. Sino.AS evokes that event as emblematic of the moment we have before us now. We have arrived at a singular point of historical time in which it is truly possible to return the value of the world to all of its people. Mr. Sino.AS wishes to seize this moment, and he invokes student participation (‘the youth of the world’). He sees students as the activist inheritors of all that is good.

During his long tenure in power as President of Indonesia, Sukarno was most productively concerned with developing the political philosophy of Pancasila (pronounced [pantʃaˈsila]), the official ideological foundation of the Indonesian state. This is Sukarno’s greatest legacy. Pancasila consists of two Old Javanese words (originally from Sanskrit), ‘pañca’ meaning five, and ‘sīla’ meaning principles. Thus Pancasila comprises five principles held to be inseparable and interrelated:

Appreciation of the one and only Creator, (in Indonesian, Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa);
Just and civilized humanity, (in Indonesian, Kemanusiaan Yang Adil dan Beradab);
The unity of Indonesia, (in Indonesian, Persatuan Indonesia);
Democracy guided by the inner wisdom in the unanimity arising out of deliberations amongst representatives (in Indonesian, Kerakyatan Yang Dipimpin oleh Hikmat Kebijaksanaan, Dalam Permusyawaratan dan Perwakilan);
Social justice for all of the people of Indonesia (in Indonesian, Keadilan Sosial bagi seluruh Rakyat Indonesia).

In addition to Pancasila, Mr. Sino.AS also philosophically links his GOD SKY EARTH initiative to the principles of the 1948 U.N. Declaration of Human Rights, here paraphrased to match Mr. Sino.AS’s articulation of them:

• Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people.
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
Whereas the peoples have reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
Whereas the peoples have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with one another, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, Therefore THE PEOPLE proclaim THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance among the peoples.

Mr. Sino.AS recognizes that the above are principles that we, each of us, must start to apply in full self-responsibility if our CVAC initiatives are to succeed. We, the one people are now free to choose our own actions for ourselves, as long as we each stand in full responsibility and liability for those actions. As Mr. Sino.AS envisions the role of GOD SKY EARTH, the initial mission of the CVAC is to deploy the principles of Pancasila and the Declaration of Human Rights to improve on an international plan that almost became possible in 1963:

“In 1963 the gold that had been entrusted to the care of President Soekarno was recalled by the Nations to underpin the issuance of further US Dollars in order to further facilitate international trade. Under this Agreement, Soekarno (as the International Trustee Holder of the Gold) began the process of repositioning the gold that had earlier been entrusted to the care of the Indonesian People, back into the banking system to create a fractional backing for the US Dollar.

“The potential of this agreement led to Executive Order 11110 issued July 1963, which would have provided the Department of the Treasury the power to issue United States Dollars. Within two weeks after signing the Green Hilton Agreement which would have then enabled consolidation of EO 11110. Kennedy was assassinated a few days after his signing of the Green Hilton Agreement. With the death of Kennedy, the authority granted to the Treasury was never taken up.” [see Resources, “The Green Hilton Agreement (Geneva 1963)”]

This plan, which never came to fruition, laid the framework for the international cooperation that has now resulted in the GOD SKY EARTH concept.

PART 2: THE SWISSINDO TRADITION OF PROTECTING DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

Post-colonialism is a useful tool for explaining and responding to the cultural legacies of colonialism and imperialism; it considers the human consequences of controlling a country and establishing settlers for the economic exploitation of the native people and their land. An important post-colonial story unfolded dramatically during the Bandung Conference of 1955, hosted by Indonesia. The Bandung Conference was co-sponsored by the governments of Burma, India, Indonesia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The sponsoring nations brought together 24 additional nations from within Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Because the process of decolonization was still underway in many places on earth, the conference delegates took it upon themselves to speak for other colonized peoples (especially in Africa) that had not yet established independent governments.

At the conference, the delegates did an amazing thing. They debated and subsequently resolved key principles for national and local communities coming into full independence in the aftermath of colonial rule: political self-determination, mutual respect for sovereignty, non-aggression, non-interference in internal affairs, and equality. The delegates signed a communique at the close of the conference that indicated their serious objectives: the promotion of economic and cultural cooperation, protection of human rights and the principle of self-determination, a call for an end to racial discrimination wherever it occurred, and a reiteration of the importance of peaceful coexistence.

The delegates built upon the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, which had initially been worked out in negotiations between India and China in 1954. Those principles stand as an alternate, complementary version of the Pancasila principles laid out by Sino above—they come from the same root. Both seek to build solidarity within and among recently independent nations. At the time of the conference, non-European countries were forced to carefully negotiate their relationships with both the west and the east, and they were the locus of considerable collateral damage. Many territories were either engaged in fierce decolonization battles or facing the challenge of becoming autonomous nations even as a new global, neocolonial framework was being imposed on them. This is an era now finished, per Sino’s GOD SKY EARTH initiative.

The SWISSINDO Trust, while waiting patiently for its opportunity to fund development on a truly global scale—an opportunity that has now arrived—partnered with OMD (Organisation Mondiale de Développement or, in English, World Development Organization), which was originally established in Paris in 1901 and is currently characterized as a United Nations ECOSOC Consultative Member and Non Governmental Organization. OMD has been working with SWISSINDO for the past decade to provide funding for international economic development and to assist its implementation with revolutionary technological tools.

Under the direction of OMD, SWISSINDO has for the past decade had a funding program in place for projects that respect the tenets of the Bandung Conference, which are these: effective political participation in a new international democratic framework fueled by real grassroots energy to seek democratic participation at the national and local level. However, Mr. Sino.AS asserts that since the mid 1960s in particular, “global crisis and corruption swept across the line, executive, legislative, judiciary.” The net result has been the failure of “ECOSOC related Conventions and human rights law, [and] the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN-1948).” Mr. Sino.AS names in particular “money laundering conspiracy and a variety of covert transactions on Product Exhibit A. UBS Gold Certificate-Instruction and Exhibit B. UBS-Mortgage Obligation Certificate Statements, scattered throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and throughout the banking system.” Mr. Sino.AS now envisions a new trajectory, and he has the signing authority to put his plan in place.

SWISSINDO has historically funded OMD’s programs via the utilization of physical metallic assets and monetary assets currently held in the largest commercial banks and institutional banking organizations throughout the world, including the World Bank, the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve System. Indonesia has been described as one of the most governmentally corrupt nations on earth. At the same time, however, the ancient royal houses of the Indonesian Archipelago are leading the world to fight for freedom from economic enslavement. Mr. Sino.AS’s remedy is connected OMD’s banking apparatus, which will now assist in the disbursement of value to all the people, globally.

PART 3: GOD SKY EARTH IS THE FIRST CVAC

Mr. Sino.AS does not seek to change any existing economic systems that are doing no harm. Rather, he wishes to offer everyone, globally, the first CVAC structure as a carapace of protection under which funds can be disbursed. Mr. Sino.AS’s main intent is to preserve existing systems wherever this is possible. He does not wish to harm any other living being nor see any harmed. Here, Mr. Sino.AS’s metaphysical sense comes through strongly. Indonesian culture has retained a focus on ancient metaphysical principles that have been discouraged in western culture. GOD SKY EARTH has been created entirely to suit one sovereign being’s interaction with the needs and desires of like-minded others. Indeed, we expect this of the participants of every CVAC on the planet. GOD SKY EARTH cannot be regarded as a kingdom in any of the usual western historical senses of the term, because the CVAC structure is entirely non-coercive. Similarly, it is not necessary to subscribe to the tenets of one particular philosophy or ecclesiastical doctrine in order to be receptive to the underlying values that Mr. Sino.AS endorses, as they are universal. This is the New World Order entirely defanged.

As the 681st King of Kings, Mr. Sino.AS wishes to introduce and endorse his own CVAC recommendations for governance (not government), according to which each participant affirms that they stand in full self-awareness and declares that they are willing to become a citizen of the kingdom of the world. As a citizen of the kingdom of the world they affirm their planet’s commitment to a civil world government founded in principles of universal values, the basis of the law of the world. As a sovereign being participating in the kingdom of the world, they consciously affirm their inherent responsibilities and rights as a legitimate member of the world community. Sino concludes that the principle of unity above all is a civil commitment to preserve planet earth.

The collateral supporting the accounts that GOD SKY EARTH proposes to grant directly to the people of the world is collected under the SWISSINDO Trust designation ‘Exhibits A and B’. The backing for these accounts consists of 74,760,920,184 kilograms of collateral gold, stored throughout the Indonesian Archipelago. Traditionally, by “master agreement” (and prior to Mr. Sino.AS’s change of plans), Mr. Sino.AS has handed the dividends of the interest-bearing accounts backed by this gold to 25 countries through the U.N. and the World Bank. These are the off-ledger accounts that have been funding the world’s corporations, including the world’s corporate governments, for decades.

Witnessing that there is “global change and fiscal strain and demand of a monetary nature,” Mr. Sino.AS has declared that the Committee of 300 and the United Nations have now received sequential audits performed on behalf of the SWISSINDO Trust, and so are amply informed of both his plan and his authority to execute it. These audits are represented in the Declaration as “ASBLP Final Report 1900-2008, ASBLP-0333902-2010, ASBLP-Audited Accounts 0330-2012 Data Sheets INFINITE BANK STATEMENTS (Supervision: The Committee of 300 – The World Bank Group)”. The document proclaims that the Committee of 300 and the United Nations have now had the opportunity to review the changes Mr. Sino.AS has made to the plan for disbursement of the global collateral accounts, per audits of the Trust’s Infinite Bank Statements as supervised by the World Bank. Because the Bank for International Settlements (and all subsidiary banks globally) have now been lawfully foreclosed by the UCC legal filings of the One People’s Public Trust, SWISSINDO seeks to establish an alternate route for disbursing the funds of the Trust to all of the world’s people directly. In technical terms, this is not a complex matter. The means of bypassing the existing banking system is straightforward.

Mr. Sino.AS’s instruction is for the asset-based funds that will enable the transition to be disbursed via a series of CVACs that for the sake of convenience he calls the ‘5 Continents’: Asia, Africa, Europe, Americas, and Australia. The people called to manage this transition will work under the following auspices: “UN-SWISSINDO-OMD for Europe; UN-MUN-SWISSINDO for Asia, UN-SWISSINDO (OPPT) for Africa, the Americas, and Australia.” In implicit acknowledgement of the student revolutionaries who have been critically important to Indonesia’s history as a republic, Sino avers that this is “the new generation of the best in the world as the messenger of GOD, the Lord Almighty, Creator of Heaven and Earth.” Sino proposes to pay out a series of accounts numbered 1-11 to “all participants”, which is to say to the global human population. The funds go to all “7 Billion people on Planet Earth (5 Continents) with the Global Key Master Plan” that has been in development since the time of the Declaration of Indonesian Independence, but which had been subverted by large corporate organizations and institutions that have now been foreclosed.

Mr. Sino.AS recommends that members of the GOD SKY EARTH CVAC stop “the bankers and heads of government who have been violators of human rights (UN-1948) since the start of the Republic of Indonesia, and which have inhibited the management of the assets” known to westerners as the Global Collateral Accounts. Accordingly, he invokes the power of the Supersemar:

“The Supersemar, the Indonesian abbreviation for Surat Perintah Sebelas Maret (Order of March the Eleventh) was a document signed by the Indonesian President Sukarno on 11 March 1966, giving the army commander Lt. Gen. Suharto authority to take whatever measures he ‘deemed necessary’ to restore order to the chaotic situation during the Indonesian killings of 1965–66. The abbreviation ‘Supersemar’ is a play on the name of Semar, the mystic and powerful figure who commonly appears in Javanese mythology including wayang puppet shows. The invocation of Semar was presumably intended to help draw on Javanese mythology to lend support to Suharto’s legitimacy during the period of the transition of authority… In effect, the Supersemar came to be seen as the key instrument of the transfer of executive power.” [see Resources, “Supersemar – Surat Perintah Sebelas Maret (Order of March the Eleventh)”]

Sino acknowledges that the existing government and banking bureaucracies constitute a harvesting system. This debt slavery system can now be replaced with an asset-based system of credit that eliminates usury. The UCC legal filings of the One People’s Public Trust foreclosed existing banks and governments; reconfirmed the legal framework for true common law, replacing for-profit admiralty law systems; and laid the framework for CVACs as new forms of governance. CVAC governance councils that are established by sovereign beings, each having their own system of value exchange under common law, is the only legal mandate by which the SWISSINDO Trust can be administered.

PART 4: THE DIGITAL VALUE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

The CVAC called GOD SKY EARTH has offered to back more than seven billion people with six million dollars apiece. That value is located digitally on computer servers. All the people of the world interact directly with the servers, without intermediaries. Transactions are recorded via basic double-entry bookkeeping. All people are connected to the servers independently, utilizing both new and existing technologies and services. Usurious monetization of this economic value is impossible: there are no taxes or interest to be paid by the people, ever. The servers manage personal, development, and business accounts. There will also be development accounts established to fund the rebuilding and repairing of our planet. GOD SKY EARTH, via OMD, thereby establishes the first transparent and secure system for the free exchange, trade and potential increase of a person’s true value using a subset of commonly held banking concepts, if not the exact architecture of a banking system. We the people may want to retire the existing banking system, but not before we replace it with a system that enables every person on the planet to trade securely and freely with one another.

SWISSINDO has spent months preparing to release a huge tranche of representational value backed up by gold to the people of the world. Each person’s account receives and distributes its contents as that person sees fit. The servers are impenetrable, secured legally and with all existing guarantees invoked. The clients are all the people of the planet. This is a historical event that will change the essence of business forever. In the historical system now crumbling beneath us, we have had economies but not communities; we have been consumers but not sovereign beings. The GOD SKY EARTH plan for distribution of the Global Collateral Accounts directly addresses the widespread fear of a global currency. There is no need for fear. Banking as we have previously understood it will go away altogether. The system to replace it is already operational for asset transfer. We are now truly free to create local communities, digitally connected. We can create these communities on our own terms.

APPENDIX: 20 FACTS OF HUMAN FINANCE

Government corporations and elite businesses and organizations worldwide were lawfully foreclosed in December, 2012.
These corporations’ assets all have UCC liens placed against them in lieu of payment for knowingly establishing fraudulent contracts with the people of Earth, creating a de facto slavery system.
All governments are corporations and have been since at least 1934 when governments mortgaged their populations for the first time, without their consent, to pay for the corporations’ combined excesses, mistakes, and wars.
These corporations continue their criminal acts to avoid the collapse of their foreclosed paper empire while awaiting help from the central banks and their printing presses.
Historically, these banks and corporations have received massive payments and loan guarantees to run the presses that have sustained their central banks. These loans are backed by the combined wealth of the planet, mostly in gold, but have also included the value placed on each individual via their birth certificate.
The Collateral Accounts were set up to support the combined value of the worlds’ assets, to facilitate commerce and to provide for the wealth, health and safety of the world’s people.
Treaties and agreements, signed and then ignored over centuries, guarantee that this money is to be distributed to all of the people of the Earth. The elected and selected government corporations had other plans and other means not made known to the people or the trustees of the accounts until it was almost too late.
For too long the accounts’ trustees dutifully obeyed the governments and central banks and gave payments and guarantees only to them and to their corporate associates and families -as they demanded was their right.
But recently, after generations of careful planning and preparation, the trustees refuted the corporations’ claims on the Collateral Accounts and have instead prepared to release the funds to the people to rebuild the world.
This money is entirely backed by precious metals and jewels, constituting the wealth of the world that has always been everyone’s to share equally -but wasn’t. When released, this money will cancel all odious debt for every nation and every person on Earth. It is enough to make money and all its attachments irrelevant.
This money, a sum large enough to guarantee the end of financial tyranny for everyone, is available now.
This money will enable long hidden technologies and medical breakthroughs to be released to all the people.
This money will enable the restoration of the planet’s natural environments and will support a commitment to keeping the planet healthy with clean energy.
The proof of all this new information, including the hidden history of our planet, is available now if you look. This information is less likely be found in the corporate- and government-owned mainstream media.
Consider the fact that any bank mortgages you may have or other bank loans or tax payments you may owe are fraudulent. Humanity didn’t agree to be sold for corporations’ and governments’ excesses, mistakes and wars; therefore no valid contract exists.
Consider that many new world communities have worked for decades – at significant risk to the people involved and their families – to ensure this distribution of the world’s wealth takes place peacefully.
As a result of this event some world leaders will be detained for a short period. No being will be harmed. A temporary government and new financial structure, already available, will be put into place.
Help each other get these accounts released to the people of Earth and stop paying the bankers and their governments their fraudulent claims. Only together can we replace and eradicate our bankrupt system.
Accept that you are infinitely valuable and in every way free and that your portion of the wealth of the world is available for you now to enjoy in peace.
All that remains for the people of Earth is to accept what is rightfully theirs: take back their share of the world’s wealth from those who fraudulently held it from them and claim their rights as equals among anyone. An event.

7/16/2013 UPDATE:

The One People – “Let’s Pull Together” Tour. I Am Home… I left from Ostrander, OH at 1:45 AM and rode straight through 1150 miles to Fort Worth in 18.5 hours. I Am glad to Be home! I traveled a total of 4,354 miles and only visited 11 states and 9 cities (11 meetings). I passed out over 600 cards to different people along the road letting them know about OPPT and to “Do the research!”

If any One wonders what happened and why didn’t I finish out the tour. Well, “What we have here is failure to communicate” moment. It was meant to be as it all come together. I only had two stops left and the distance between them prohibited me from heading up north to Minneapolis from Columbus, OH and then all the way back down to Kansas and then Fort Worth. Also, I was ready to go home! I contacted the other two stops and headed south. 1,150 miles later and 18.5 hours.

I want to thank every One of you that donated to the One People – “Let’s Pull Together” Tour. Not only the financial donations, but hosting the meeting, coordinating the gatherings, providing meals, driving me places and riding together, and introducing me to so many awesome people. The big question is: “Would I do it again?” Yes, but not on a motorcycle. Now I have to prepare the Beast for a Western states tour maybe?

We had a wonderful time sharing among one another. It was again a very good energetic event. We listened to The One People Show and discussed with excitement the probabilities of accessing our value.

Grant Williams pulled together 7 wonderful people and Isa opened up her home in West Greenwich Village, Manhattan for this event. I feel that much energy was anticipated and manifested during the hours spent together in sharing the changes that are coming onto our blue planet. New York City will be a different place when this crew is set loose.

(G) July 8/9 – Mahopac Falls, NY with Bobby Peck
Bobby Peck and I put 150 miles plus on our bikes on July 8th. It was an enjoyable time as we traveled out into the beautiful scenic landscape of the Mahopac Falls area. The July 9th meeting went well with a complete group of guys that are awake and aware. They are also doing their “due diligence” on OPPT also. All of the guys except one were master martial artists. (H) July 10 – Wilkes-Barre, PA with Bob Wright – R&R Stop
I had a great time visiting with Bob and his extended family, Eneida and her husband, John, Bobby Peck, Sheri Gordon and others. Bob has a heart of gold and I met many people. The tour must have taken its toll on my body because as soon as I set down, my eye lids became very heavy and I have must looked like a bobble head doll! I ended up early in the evening falling asleep in the lounge chair and eventually went to bed.
(I) July 11 – Butler, PA with Mary Andreassi
An excellent meeting in Butler with Mary, Caroline Tibbetts, and many others who showed up. Mary and some others are coming tonight to Pittsburgh, so if you are close to the east side of the city by Carnegie Mellon University, contact Caroline for directions.
(J) July 12 – Pittsburgh, PA with Caroline Tibbetts
Caroline Tibbetts, and many others who showed up to this meeting at Carolyn’s beautiful 1920’s town-home in Squirrel Hill. We had a great presentation, lively discussing and met the most interesting people. One woman had worked at the UN for years and had a many personal stories regarding the corrupt government system. Overall, many were challenged to be the change they desire to see.
(K) July 13 – Ostrander, OH with Kathy Kelly
Kathy and I had a time of relaxation and fellowship! This girl lives in paradise in a beautiful home provided by the universe through I-U/V exchange. It does work… Ask Kathy! I stayed two nights with Kathy after leaving Pittsburgh. Frank, the elderly gentleman she cares for, opened his home to me and he was a real hoot! We had a great time.

Permit me to say here that I agree totally with and support entirely the thoughts and ideas conveyed in this post. The cabal made a HUGE mistake when they shut down my blog. Apparently, the WordPress Administration was inundated with several thousand inquiries from Readers, and I’m sure this influenced their decision to reinstate it, so I thank you. When I finally contested the ‘why’ of it last night, asking for proof of their blatantly false reasons, my blog was immediately reopened – with no comment at all from WordPress.

I couldn’t help but wonder why all Neil’s other assertions, like the $300 million check written by a Big Bank CEO, or his very early statement, ‘Blankfein, we’re coming after you’ were allowed to stand, but no opposition to OPPT was brooked by the cabal. None! Suddenly, my blog was inundated with some pretty ugly and quite filthy (if I can help it, you won’t ever see these) Comments. I took a stand, because there was no way I was going to permit these kinds of people to upset the civil discourse on my blog. Suddenly, to my great surprise my blog was shut down and sat that way for a whole day. Yes, if the cabal had any intentions at all of using the OPPT movement in any way, for instance in a false flag situation, it seems to me they declared their intentions here loud and clear – even to OPPT.

Friends, Family, I’m delighted to be back, and in view of the circumstances I will open my blog a bit sooner than I’d planned, but only in a limited way. I really do have some personal things to which I must attend, so unless the news is vital, I’m not going to publish it . . . I will reopen Comments, but I simply cannot reply to all of them. Cabal tactics behind threats – OPPT not to blame

Differences remain, but we wish each other well, and will not fall for the cabal’s old game

JAKARTA – April 15, 2013: A good rule of thumb on how to tell an authentic “lightworker” from a cabal plant, infiltrator, or troll is that those committed to working for freedom and abundance are generally too busy to waste precious time and energy attacking others who are working for the same goals. So why did we “attack” the OPPT? (Well, technically, from our point of view, we were attacked first….but were we? And by whom? And most importantly, why?….read on, friends).

The crumbling oligarchic banker sect has for centuries relied on infiltration, co-opting, and divide-and-conquer tactics to maintain their control of the planet. As brother Drake Bailey said somewhere, you can’t start a Dandelion-Picking Society in the U.S. without the cabal infiltrating it with someone who shortly suggests that the organization should consider fire-bombing the rival dandelion pickers, who are said to be secretly bent on the destruction of Mom, her apple pie, and the recipe too. If you’re doing something serious and important, like Occupy Wall Street, then chances are you’ve not only been infiltrated from the start, but the cabal probably thought up the concept before you did.

The Rothschilds funded Wellington – and Napoleon too. They incited the South to secede in the American Civil War – and tried to fund both sides in that carnage too (but Abe Lincoln wouldn’t allow it). The orange lion logo of current banker ING? That’s the International Netherlands Group, who funded the American Revolution – and the British too. The Rothschilds funded imperial Japan for decades before World War Two, planning the slaughter of millions in the global gold-grabbing conflict to come. And, of course, they found and funded Hitler for the same reasons…and funded the Allies too. Whoever won didn’t really matter…they would get the gold either way.

We’ve come to the realization over the last few days that they’re trying to do the same thing with Neil Keenan and his team on one side, and the One People’s Public Trust on the other – and both sides have decided not to fall for it.

So how did this info-war start in the first place? From our point of view, here we were in Jakarta, minding our own business and making great progress, when someone brought to our attention the “Indonesian royals snub Keenan, six million-dollar OPPT Global Account hand-outs, and Jean and Michael are CIA operatives” nonsense, and we got a bit vexed and irritated, but decided to let it slide. The source was anonymous, and the profile was low, so we figured why bother? – we had better things to focus on. When we didn’t fall for that gambit, it seems the cabal tacticians may have decided to up the ante.

And so we got the death threat.

Yes, that got our attention. Especially when we learned that others who opposed OPPT were getting death threats, too. Just so you know, Neil Keenan has survived four assassination attempts since he started his fight against the cabal, so it’s not a joke here in Jakarta. He doesn’t make a big deal of it (especially since, in one instance, the attackers ended up in the hospital after Keenan and a friend got done with them), and he has stronger security in place now, but we don’t just shrug it off. Personally, I think the jerk who made the call was definitely a lot more alarmed than Keenan by the end of the brief conversation, by which time Neil was describing in nonchalant detail what would happen to the caller once we find him.

So we decided to go on the offensive, which is Neil Keenan’s natural instinct. And, of course, there was the predictable blow-up in the freedom movement. And then courageous Jean Haines had her blog shut down, which made us suspect cabal involvement even more. But before the blog went down, the Divine decided to take a hand for peace in typically whimsical fashion.

I can hardly bear to read comment threads when I’m forced to ruffle feathers, and was exhausted in any case, so when Jean’s blog was inundated with thousands of comments, I tried to get some sleep. Just before the blog went down, however, I happened to scan a benevolent and charitable comment encouraging reconciliation and understanding. It was signed, “Lisa.”

For some reason, I instantly assumed this was Lisa Harrison, whose excellent radio show I have long admired. And I knew that Lisa is a key OPPT supporter. And I thought, well – maybe we can break through all this hostility, which none of us really want. And then we received new intelligence about where the threats might have originated, and where the confusion regarding the “Indonesian royals” started – and began to smell a rat. After consulting with Neil, it was decided to reach out to Lisa Harrison.

Today, I had a really pleasant talk with Lisa, and cleared up many things. She confirmed my initial thought (which I expressed in our anti-OPPT post) that neither she nor Heather, nor Brian, nor any of the OPPT principals had anything to do with death threats. I have no proof, of course, other than my rock solid intuition that these are good and honorable people. As to the Global Accounts, I will not presume to speak for Lisa or the OPPT on that, other than to say I now see no apparent conflict between their intentions and Mr. Keenan’s. Lisa let me know she was already planning to make a brief statement on her radio show disavowing any hostility toward Neil Keenan or his team, and wishing us well.

Neil Keenan asked me to let the OPPT principals know that we thank them, and wish them well also.

And let us say further that we also disavow any connection with any threats or expressions of hostility that anyone pretending to speak for us may make towards Heather or anyone else connected with the OPPT. That’s not who we are either. We are not going to fall for this old cabal game. That’s one more tool of oppression that they will now find is obsolete.

Towards the end of our talk, Lisa and I discovered that, in fact, she never had posted to Jean’s blog – that the benevolent post signed “Lisa” (which prompted my outreach) was by someone else entirely!

And so we thank that other Lisa, whoever she may be, and thank the benevolent whimsy of Source for finding a way to help Mr. Keenan’s many supporters, and those working with OPPT to move forward with our separate paths toward our common goal of peace, freedom, and abundance for our larger family.

As Lisa says – “In La-kech….” (the Mayan blessing which means – “you are my other self”).

We are All One and we need to come together to fight evil and change hearts. I for One believe we need the collateral funds belong to all of the people of the Earth equally. Our federal government has instructed our federal, state and local police agencies that everyone who purports to be a SOVEREIGN should be TREATED as a TERRORIST! They have also brainwashed the American public into believing that being a SOVEREIGN is anti-American and unpatriotic! Perhaps this is: “The POT calling the KETTLE black?”

WHAT IS SOVEREIGNTY?

It is the inherent right and prerogative of a civilized people to rule itself, and to dictate all of the forms and conditions of the institutions it sets up to carry out this rule. Ironically, the U.S. SUPREME COURT agrees with those people who claim to be SOVEREIGN citizens of the American Republic!

The court went on to define that local, state and federal law enforcement officers were committing unlawful actions against the Sovereign People by the enforcement of the laws and are personally liable for their actions.

What are the implications of this 2000, U. S. Supreme Court ruling?

The delegates to the first Federal Convention prohibited the use of corporations by all governments representing the American Republic. Therefore, all of these corporate governments and their corporate laws are a usurpation of the organic Constitution of the United States of America. All State Governments are now sub-corporations of the Federal Government, making all Courts and all law enforcement personnel, corporate federal agencies or employees.[See: James Madison Journal of the Federal Convention, Vol. 2, P. 722] and [Pull up your State Code on your PC and search the Code for the words “District of Columbia” and “Federal Government.” You will receive about 1000 references linking your state to the federal government.]
The state and federal government is a corporation and therefore the Congress, State Legislatures, City Councils, Municipalities and all State and Federal Courts are corporate entities posing as Constitutional branches of government.
Corporations are privately owned businesses, meaning that the Corporate United States belongs to one or more private individuals, which is always governed by a Board of Directors. The Corporate United States is privately owned by a group of European Royal and Elite individuals tied to the Federal Reserve System and the letters of incorporation are recorded in the Vatican. The President of the United States is actually the CEO of the United States and the Congress and all others are corporate employees. Everything they do is in the interest of the corporate owners! I can’t access those documents because of National Security.
In order to promulgate and enforce Criminal Laws to govern the SOVEREIGN public, government must be SOVEREIGN too, which is an accepted RULE of LAW derived from the, Ancient Law of Kings. Corporations are not and can never be SOVEREIGN. They are not real, they are a fiction and only exist on paper.
Therefore, all laws created by these government corporations are private corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to conceal there true nature. Do the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You bet they do!
Since these government bodies are not SOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate or enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only create and enforce CIVIL LAWS, which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency! Did you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes? For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued for violating their corporate regulations?[Citations and Complaints are contracts but they lack transparency because you were never told what might happen to you if you agree to contract, and that you had a right to refuse the accommodation!]
Do any of Americas Courts have Jurisdiction over a SOVEREIGN? Yes … but only by your consent to be judged by the Court. Can they compel [Summon or Subpoena] you to appear or participate in their process? No … they can’t compel you and Yes … they can ask but you can reject the accommodation in writing and nothing can be done about it because you have refused to give the court jurisdiction over you!
Enforcement of these corporate statutes by local, state and federal law enforcement officers are unlawful actions being committed against the SOVEREIGN public and these officers can be held personally liable for their actions. [Bank v. U.S., 529 US 334-2000]
There being no Constitutional Criminal Laws or Transparency in the American Justice System, everyone arrested, convicted and sentenced to prison under these CIVIL LAWS are in prison by CONSENT and therein, all American Jails are actually DEBTORS PRISONS!
Most of the County and State Prisons and all of the Federal Prisons are privately owned corporate businesses for profit, which kick back to the sentencing Judges. The Bureau of Prisons Privatization Management Branch provides general oversight, for these institutions. So if you are convicted in these Courts, you can expect to serve some jail time! Now you know why America has such high prison populations!
Can the State Government and Courts take Custody of your children? Only with your consent, otherwise their agents and officers can be held personally liable for their actions! Orphans are a different matter and can become wards of the Court until emancipated.

Corporate governments are a usurpation of the organic American Constitution and this corporatist onslaught in America has since its creation, been an ANTI-SOVEREIGN and TERRORIST REGIME and are in fact the real TERRORIST and TRAITORS to the American Republic.

A number of people sent me the latest attack on the OPPT, this time by Neil Keenan who claims to be one of the players in the global chess game of high finances.

One of my friends, Robert from the western part of the united states, sent me an email/chat where he asked Lisa Harrison about it. He said, “Just chatted with Lisa here was her response.

This was how I responded yesterday when yet another individual posted disinformation about the OPPT (One People’s Public Trust) on my wall:

“Things are almost never what they appear to be. The OPPT is at a depth that most will not get – yet, since it transcends multiple dimensions and bridges the old and new paradigms. Anyone who criticizes the OPPT either doesn’t understand it; or they have a vested interest in the old paradigm maintaining its status quo. To date, NO ONE has rebutted the OPPT UCC-1 filings, I repeat: NO ONE!”

Let me share, again, how I see it and why it is so controversial.

A friend of mine jut shared this with me “She has a neighbor who works for State Employees Credit Union in Raleigh, NC… she asked her if she knew the banks and governments had been foreclosed on? She said, “yes”. Then, my friend asked what they were doing about it. She said, :business as usual until otherwise notified.” This is why we need to continue to DO!!!!! Individuals are being USED in the system as usual. However, I hope this gives you peace in knowing that what has happened is TRUTH!

Just know that all this paperwork we are doing re CNs etc is an interim step toward our existence in the Golden Age as free beings and soon we will no longer have to play these paper games.
